The view, the people, the food, the location, the cozy private feel....all of it was WONDERFUL and far surpassed my expectations. This is a small boutique hotel with friendly, helpful staff. I have no idea how many of the 9 rooms were full when we were there, but it felt like our own private place! I enjoyed every minute of...

We loved staying at Blue Sky! It is quiet and away from the "beach scene" in downtown Tulum. The only disappointment is that the ocean by the hotel is full of big rocks, so we couldn't swim there; however, we did enjoy sitting by the ocean and the view from the hotel was amazing! There is a public beach about...

The place was perfect, the people was nice and the service was over the top. A nice place to stay if want to get away from the noise and the stress. A place very different from the catwalks of Tulum beach. But they need some education in the finer art of barkeeping. Just tell them what you want, and they...

My mom and I took a girls trip yo Tulum. We started out "glamping" and ended up finishing our trip here. Our room was beautiful, the bed was so comfortable. The breakfast was delicious, the view was great, and the staff was helpful. I have seen some negative reviews about the construction; it didn't bother us. It was within walking...

Terrible first impression. Me and my friend agreed to spend more money but to choose a charming hotel on the beach with amenities (I usually stay in hostals). When we arrived the entire hotel was a construction site. I was extremely disappointed. But the room and the view were marvelous, new, clean, with a big balcony and comfortable loungers. The...

Booked and reviewed through Booking.com, but unless you dig deeply into the site you won't find it. Stayed early December 2016, there is a great deal if building work going on. At the hotel itself and on the adjacent plot. We were woken at 6.30 am by builders and heavy plant. Unable to use our balcony which was littered with...

This place is fine is you know you way around Tulum and have you own transportation. It is not located on the main area where all the hotels and restaurants are, but if you have a car you can get anywhere in 10 mins. The room was huge and super super close to the ocean, maybe 30 ft. The room...

We stayed here before the Cancun Jazz Festival as a cheaper alternative. The disadvantage was how far out this was. But there were plenty of advantages. Clean room with tv, free breakfast and a nice restaurant on the premises made this a worthwhile stay. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. Nice small beach front. Great location for divers!

We spent 4 days in Cancun and 4 days at Blue Sky. I wish we would've spend the entire 8 days at Blue Sky Tulum. The entire staff was fantastic. Efrain the manager was amazing! Our 7 year old sprained his toe while playing and he personally drove us to town to see a doctor to make sure there was...

Just returned from 10 nights at this hotel. Can't say enough about the staff. Eric you're the best bartender and I'm gonna miss your drinks :(. Luis and Efrain you guys were both awesome and great hosts. The food is always outstanding. Pizza is just the best! We love this hotel and it's quiet atmosphere. Can't wait to visit again....
