Stayed in Unit 47. An amazing view from both rooms. Lie in bed and watch the sunrise. Clean and comfortable, bedroom,kitchen and living room with a comfy lounge on the balcony to lie on and soak up the morning sun.

Loved it, we had a studio apartment, spacious, clean, with great ocean views. Kitchen seemed well appointed, but we didn't really use it, other than toast in the morning, double hot plate, toaster, pa pans etc. Each access via lift, pool looked great but didn't get the chance to get in it, but we clean. Great easy location to everything in coolum. Cross the road and your on the breach. Will be returning to room 46a again for sure.

I booked a room through Booking.com and had to cancel because of family illness I gave them over 2 weeks notice and didn't receive a refund. They very arrogantly said we don't refund if cancelled. I have travelled extensively and have never experienced this sort of treatment unless its been a last minute cancellation and even then only lost a deposit. Don't use this resort

Found this to be in a great spot...walk across the road to beach and surf club...there is a pool onsite as well as spa and kiddies wading pool...our room was dated but clean, they are in progress of updating rooms but they had not got to ours...most rooms have a view of the sea. There is an awesome restaurant attached called "Canteen". I'll review this separately. Service was good there is an under cover parking garage if you drive and it is a 10-15 minute drive from Sunshine Coast airport. Buses to Maroochydore drive past on a regular basis. Good food and eating along the beach road but it's very quiet at night...

$355 for 3 nights, not happy, sub standard room, outdated overpriced, furnishings of room worn out , damaged, holes in curtains stains on carpet, no service to rooms at all, no cleaning nothing, no top up of tea or coffee if you want fresh towels that’s an extra cost no such thing as free internet, , I got told over the phone we had our own balcony, not true it’s shared, I’ve stayed in rooms for the same price for better quality and service, some even come with free continental breakfast, this is a joke, absolutely furious

Good location but Ordinary and old out dated room compared to the price we paid around $160/night. No room service and no towel changed daily. Shared balcony with 2 other rooms. No rubbish bin in room but only one in the bathroom. No water only some milk, tea, coffee and sugar supplied on the first day. It was written for cleaning room once every 7 days! we had to pay $3 extra to get a clean towel. Said free wifi but I can’t get any connection in my room. If we knew it was like this we would not have choosed the place. Unfortunately we paid in advance and had to stay for the whole 3 nights. :(

Great spot, across from the beach and close to local cafes/shops. Accommodation was clean and tidy, has a nice pool, staff are very friendly and helpful! Would definitely stay again, great for long and short stays

Well worth the money. Located right on the edge of the main street, so easy walking to restaurants, Surf club and shops. Safe parking and even a lift. Our room had recently been renovated and it's a shame little things had been missed. No big deal. Nice pool to cool of at the end of the day. Complex a little tired.

This place is great value for money, with off street parking and great service by the reception staff. Our room had ocean views and a lovely ocean breeze. Tea and coffee making facilities. Plenty of hot water and a comfy bed. Wonderful pool complex and walking distance to the shops and Surf Lifesaving Club.

Loved the property and the location is fantastic with friendly staff. pool was refreshing with a bars next door and the surf club across the road. We will be traveling back here again as soon as we can.
