We arrived at 9:30pm on a Friday night after flying from Sydney to find that our room was right above a party in a restaurant below with a band playing very loudly. Rang the after hours number and spoke to a women who did not know the resort at all. She put us on hold and spoke to the manager who advised her that the restaurant had nothing to do with the facility and there was nothing they could do. They wouldn’t transfer us to another room and told us there would be no refund if we left. The noice was extreme and the manager did not care at all about our experience. We will definitely not be coming back and suggest there are many other places on the Sunshine Coast that care far more about the comfort and welfare of their visitors.

Very relaxing, had a room with a beach view, walk across the road to the beach or a short walk to restaurants and shops. Rooms very clean and well appointed. Great pool to relax around and also had a Spa and sauna.

Excellent location. Staff at reception very friendly. Unit 4 was a good size with great view to the beach. It is in need of refurbishing, and the reception staff did say there were new owners, so it could be in their plans, but it was clean and the bed comfortable, so we were very happy with our stay. The shower is over the spa bath, so it was quite a step up and over to get in.

If you are in need of a reasonably priced room or apartment, would highly recommend! Coolum Beach directly across the road. Walking distance to restaurants or takeaway food, supermarket, clubs and pubs! Free body board hire and beach umbrellas, beach towels available for $5 for entire stay!

We had 3 rooms in total and all 3 rooms were tidy and clean. Great location across from the beach and up the road from Coles and the shops. We didn’t need to use our car the whole trip it stayed locked up in the secure car park. Pool was amazing to swim in and the BBQ area was nice and clean and easy to use. Thanks for having us.

We stayed for one night so we didn’t want much other than a clean room with a good location. Can’t beat the location - close to lots of restaurants, shops and the beach, it was a fantastic spot. We had a ground floor one bedroom apartment but could still see the ocean. The room and property itself were very tired, it could do with a refresh and some new paint. Room itself was basic, but okay. It was fine for one night and we enjoyed our stay for the convenience of the location, but I think I would have wanted something nicer if we were staying longer.

We paid a little extra to have an ocean view, the view was there but the balcony was tiny, we were tucked away in a corner. Other rooms had much larger balconies. The room was very basic, kettle and a fridge but to be fair we ate out and didn't use the room very much. It was clean a d tidy, the shower however was a bit of a strain to get in and out of as it was over the bath and the side of the bath was very high. The pool doesn't get much sun in the afternoon and although there is a terrace with a hot tub, there is no lighting and it is pretty dark. It's not a bad place to stay but I feel it could be a lot better

This resort could be so much more with a little effort. The bathroom needed a good scrub and what's with the mouldy silicone? The bed was like sleeping on the floor but much better after a mattress topper was provided - should have been standard! Fridge shelves broken, power points not working, no clock, terrible towels, fraying carpet, old curtains, just generally run down. A shame as it is in a fabulous location, lovely views, great restaurants all in walking distance. With a bit of effort this could be great!

Fantastic views, apartment was very basic and the bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept in, every time you moved the bed moved away from the wall..When I handed the keys back in after our weekend the Blonde check out girl didn’t even ask how my stay was, which was very disappointing, told her I was checking out and she said ok so I handed her the keys and left.. Very poor customer service indeed.

We enjoyed our stay and the staff, especially Amber, were fantastic, who ensured our room met our expectations. Our room had an ocean view and we watched the sun rise and set each day. The room was modern and clean and it was great having a car space. With a pool and close proximity to the restaurants, we’ll definitely return.
