Coolum at the Beach was so conveniently located from being able to grab groceries and wine to lovely restaurants and coffee shops on Birtwill Street. All an easy walk from our accommodation. Coolum Beach Hotel was also very close by. Coolum Surf Club and other restaurants, shops etc. were not very far away either. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would definitely go there again.

What a lovely apartment, very clean, well looked after, comfy beds. Short walk to Coles which was very handing and 5 mins to beach. We stayed 4 nights and was very happy, can’t blame the apartment for the rain but hey ho! Would defo book again if we came back to Australia

Great complex with multiple pools and large apartments. We had only ever stayed at a neighbouring apartment but they did not have any availability. We will now only book Coolum at the Beach as it is a much better, bigger and convenient complex.

Great location for food, beach and shops, including access to North and South ends of the Sunshine Coast. Complex facilities and unit are all well appointed, I will book again and have no hesitation in recommending.

We normally stay elsewhere at Coolum in one of the tower complexes but couldn’t get in being the last weekend of the school holidays, so we thought we’d try here. I’m so glad we did. What it may lack with ocean views, it makes up for with its quiet, friendly, clean and close to everything apartments. The beach is just across the road through the park and a track anyway. Right from the moment we’re arrived and were greeted, it was a wonderful experience. We were given the run down on facilities and amenities and headed off to our apartment. It was 109 at the back of the complex and over looked the lap pool from the middle level. We were so impressed with how clean the room was. It passed the white antibacterial wipe down that we do when we first arrive at any accomodation with flying colours. The cleaners really need to be praised. Everything we needed was available in the apartment and AC and TV playing music was on to greet us. We thought it might be noisy as a lot of apartments faced around the pool area, but we were wrong. We experience no slamming doors, or chair drags across the balconies or street noise that are frequent at other accomodation. It appeared there was a mix of residential and holiday apartments and everyone seemed to respect each other and kept noise down. I guess it might be noisier next to the kids pools or main pool, it that’s to be expected and if you have kids a bonus. We thought we’d cheekily see if we could get a late check out on the Sunday not really expecting we would as the apartments were full. But it was no issue at all to stay free til noon or we opted to stay til 5pm for an extra $60. Well worth every dollar to enjoy the facilities longer. I guess late check outs are never guaranteed but no harm in asking. You might be lucky like us. The complex is big and is at the northern end of the Coolum shopping strip but we parked the car when we arrived and didn’t use it again til we packed to leave. Everything was within easy walking distance. If fair priced, clean, quiet accommodation is worth more to you than an ocean view, you can’t beat Coolum at the Beach. We will be back for sure. We stayed here for 2 weeks as we were after a place where we could cook for ourselves. Well located to everything. Coles and Dan Murphys across the road. Pub 300m away and the beach 100m. Easy access to everything Coolum has to offer from this resort. Bus stop across road to go to Noosa if you wish. 4 pools at this resort, lush tropical surrounds and modern apartments. Ours had a king size bed, a/c in bedroom and lounge and kitchen facilities. Laundry equipment in the cupboard was a bonus! While our 1st week was pretty quiet around the pool, the 2nd was not. The only thing the was a downside on this trip was the kids running around. This was not the resort fault and really was just poor parenting of the kids. We look forward to coming back and would dearly like to see what is like in June/July when Victoria is so cold.…

We stay At Coolum on the Beach as often as we can as our daughter, son-in-law & 3 young grandchildren live at the Sunshine Coast & love to visit (Nan & Pop's Holiday House ; ) This time we had a fantastic 3B/room apartment as we had 3 other family members with us, the apartment was beautifully furnished with everything we could have wanted. We will be back in March XX if not before ;

On our most recent visit in July, we stayed in a small apartment (just for the 2 of us). It was generally fine. However the standard was lower than the usual standard of your apartments. *a broken cupboard under the sink *only one towel rack in bathroom *no dressing table storage in bedroom *no microwave heating/cooking container *no food storage containers with lids *there was a lot of noisy maintenance happening outside, while we were there…..a message slipped under the door to inform us about when and how long it would last, and a safe route to walk…. would have been helpful. The second apartment we went into - 3 bedrooms for our extra 4 family members - was superb. We have visited Coolum at the Beach quite a few times over the last 5 years. We LOVE it! There was a pavement deep clean wash take place throughout the resort on the 13 and 14th, with information notices posted in all lifts, common area entry doors and to all units, so we are sorry that you missed these notifications. As guest satisfaction is so important to us, we take pride in the fact that every review is read and the information we gather certainly helps us to continually improve in all areas and helping us to give our guests the absolute best experience that we can.
