Great campsite....lots of trees, green grass, birdlife, close to river, nice and peaceful. The owner Brian was very helpful with local knowledge and information. The bonus of our stay was getting close to a herd of Brahman cattle in the adjoining fenced paddock.
I feel that if I stayed here with a caravan and spent some time exploring, I would have had a much better experience.
My stay, unfortunately, was a rushed one nighter, in a cabin on stilts with bathroom. It was like something from the 70s....More

I overheard Manbulloo Homestead being discussed when I was staying at Banka Banka Station. Never having been to Katherine before, I thought it would be worth a shot, being out of town and not a full on tourist park loaded with screaming kids.
