Stayed for 3 nights in a ground unit. Every day the room was cleaned and sheets were changed, even when I had made the bed before I left for the day. Very friendly staff and a super handy location! The only let down, if I'm being picky, is the pool is in the middle of the car park, very exposed...

Hi Jess, Thanks for your lovely comments, we love hearing from our guests. As for the pool, It is not in the middle of the car park it is on the edge. The reason you are able to see into the pool is for our guests safety, as we can see if children have sneaked in without their parents knowledge...

Our room was very clean, well equipped, and comfortable bed. Close to the centre yet fairly quiet. The manager was extremely helpful and friendly. We were a group of 10 cyclists and everyone was happy with the service.

We stayed 2 nights at the Palms, Nelson after the ferry crossing from Wellington. We were doing an Abel Tasman Park walk the next day, so picked this motel from TripAdvisor reviews. The motel is very nice, the rooms have large windows, are nice and bright, very clean and decorated in white. The rooms have everything you need for an...

We really enjoyed our 2 nights stay at the Palms. We were warmly welcomed by the staff who showed us everything we needed to know. The room was very clean and impressed with the bathroom products which were of a high standard. Mysky with all the sport channels for the blokes. The pool is nice however not heated. Across the...

Beautifully kept, handy to everything and lovely lady to welcome you. Can't fault it... close to countdown 2 mins walk, and walked around where ever we needed to go downtown. Parking easy and a Though close to Main Street sleep was easy.

Stayed here for 2 nights on a recent business trip, in one of the upstairs units. Lovely facilities, including a swimming pool & is close to the cbd; but not noisy and is peaceful. The room had a queen size bed & a single, good bathroom & a GREAT SHOWER! Tv with Sky all channels, and my favourite part, a...

We had 2 rooms, one for a family of 4 and each was very comfortable and well-equipped with everything we could want during our stay. It was very clean and well-furnished with easy chairs and place to sit and eat as well. Big TVs, if you wanted to watch and the location meant that the town was within easy walking...

We stayed in Nelson Palms Motel for a week. We were welcomed before we got there by a phone call checking what time we would arrive and we were allowed to check in early.
