We loved Warwick house! The building is amazing, and the work that the managers have put into restoring it is admirable. Our room was amazing, breakfast really good and location perfect. Wifi was a bit unstabile. Loved it!

Warwick House is beautifully restored and offers an experience of the opulence of an earlier time in New Zealand. The suites are perfectly furnished to ensure you feel as though you have stepped back in time. And the breakfast was wonderful - well prepared and beautifully presented. A fantastic treat if you're looking to stay somewhere unique.

My husband and I had a delightful stay at Warwick House, Nov. 7-9, 2016. The house was built in 1854 and is an elegantly restored English manor home. We had the Deluxe Suite that was a bedroom with a sitting room and fireplace. It was very spacious with a very comfortable canopy bed. We had nice breakfasts of fruit, cereal,...

My partner and I had an amazing holiday. This luxurious boutique hotel is a very special and unique place! All the rooms are so different and furnished with love. Upon arrival, we were welcomed warmly by all the friendly staff members. Not only the building is charming, the hosts, Nick and Jenny Ferrier, are very charming too! Breakfast was always...

Very helpful staff, always offering advice. Both of the owners are active people and experienced from around the region. Room was well accommodated and surroundings are beautiful. If you enjoy Victorian style houses this is a great place to stay.

Warm welcome from Jenny and Nick. We stayed in the Tower suite that was neither damp nor musty with a nice sitting area in the tower. If you want a sterile chain hotel this is not for you but if you like to experience a bit of old Nelson with atmosphere then try Warwick House. Some travellers may find the...

Thank you very much for your kind comments. Warwick House has been a very big project for us to restore over many years. We believe it is the oldest substantial home in the South Island - and one of the largest private homes. We enjoy sharing it with our many overseas guests. This is now the 13th year that we...

We stayed 3 nights as part of our Honeymoon in Nelson. The building was charming in a cool Victorian style, felt very authentic. The bedding, and amenities were appointed well for a comfortable stay. The staff was very accommodating with our dietary and scheduling needs for breakfast. I'd recommend this property to anyone seeking a truly unique B&B experience.

As a result of having to be rerouted from Kaikoura we were booked into the Warwick House Hotel in Nelson. It is by no means a "boutique" hotel, rather a very basic B&B. It is dated, ill equipped and ill serviced. It looks good in photos and is clean but that is very misleading. However, given at the time the...

Dear Guest, Your travel plans along with many hundred others were affected by the sudden closure of Highway 1 to Kaikoura. This put tremendous pressure on all accommodation in Nelson and we have been trying to accommodate all disrupted guests and advise onward travelling guests. 4 straight days of rain our region had left everything very very wet.
