This place is lovely! We had our own suite, with a very nice kitchenette. The hosts could not have been more hospitable--they brought up breakfast each day, helped us book activities, and even helped us with our laundry! Highly recommend!

We stayed 2 nights at Annick House. We had a spotless very well equipped unit with its own lounge, kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom. The breakfast was lovely. Our unit looked on to a very pretty, sunny garden. Lovely for a late afternoon sit in the sun! Anne and Nick were great hosts and had lots of useful tips of things...

We only spent a couple of days at this place, and were very happy with our stay. The room is very comfortable for a family of three. It is also half way between Picton and Abel Tasman, in case you are traveling in that direction. The owners were also very helpful in providing directions and help.

Hi Sustunel We are very pleased that you enjoyed your stay with us and that you found the apartment suitable. The central location of Nelson at the top of the South Island makes it a very good place to stay to visit the Picton/Blenheim area (1 and half hours) or Abel Tasman (1 hour). Happy holidays.

Our stay at Annick house was just great. The place was completely as described and just a short walk into town of the "Center of New Zealand". The bed was comfortable the space good and it felt very quiet even though it butts up against the main house. Ann's breakfasts were fantastic! Nick's advice on where to go was very...

Hi Steve Great that you enjoyed your stay with us. When we altered the house we made sure to sound proof the walls between the house and the unit you stayed in. We hope to see you when you visit New Zealand again.

We stayed more nights in Nelson than any other location on our South Island trip and that turned out to be an excellent and relaxing decision in no small part due to Annick house and the owners. We booked Annick House the same day of our stay and arrived late after a long drive from Franz Josef, but Nick made...

This is a beautiful place and we loved staying here. The rooms and amenities are top class along with the breakfast. Both Nick and Anne were very helpful and had great personalities. We would definitely stay here again if we are in the area, loved it. Very good value for money.

We recently spent one night at Annick House in the deluxe double room at the end of cycling the Great Taste Trail. It is very well appointed, comfortable bed, great shower, spacious. It has its own separate access from the car parking area. You don't actually go into the house at all. Breakfast is delivered to your room. For us...

Thank you for your review and we are pleased that you found the apartment very comfortable and well appointed. As you point out some of our guests expect to stay in a traditional B and B, in someone's home. We have found that most of our guests enjoy the arrangements we have made in the way we have set up...

We stayed in the "Out of Africa" room above the detached garage. It can sleep three with a separate room with a single bed. Hosts are very friendly and helpful with suggestions...

Hi George Great descriptions of our accommodation and the breakfast choices we offer. Guests really enjoy being able to have the breakfast served to their rooms at a time that suits them when the do not have to go off early to go sightseeing.
