Wow! Absolutely amazed by the thought that’s been put into this motel. Every need has been catered for, even down to the smallest of touches like a section of heated mirror that didn’t steam up when you shower. When you walk into reception, and receive a friendly and helpful…
Great service. We had a down stairs spa room, that was perfect for our time in Nelson. Our unit was modern and plenty big enough. The location was ideal for getting into town or heading out to explore. Recommend the Free House Pub on a Sunday.
Stayed in the largest suite with my husband and two older sons. This had two good size bedrooms with a lounge and dining table. When we walked in we saw the gas fire which gives a great ambiance to the room and keeps the place nice and warm. Such well appointed, modern rooms.…

Jacking always meets you with a smiley face and such a stunning motel to stay in. Rooms are beautifully appointed and is easy to see why this place is so popular. Rooms are themed with Audrey Hepburn, Marilyn Monroe, Frank Sinatra and the list goes on.
"Make sure to go visit the local Nelson Market if you are in town on a Saturday!"
"The fan in the bathroom of our room delays about a minute before it goes on and then stays on for another 7 minutes after you switch it off. A label would be good as I found this confusing and thought the fan would never stop as it's noisy. Bottom level suites are accessibility freindly which is great, but the shower water leaks all over the bathroom floor so be careful of wet slippery floors if you're in one of these rooms. Not sure if top floor rooms are same or not."
"No elevator to second floor, rooms on first floor were very quiet, however."
"Our room had a spa bath and was convenient on the ground floor for carrying luggage."
