Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

-Staff Have 0 Customer Service Skills -The husband doesn't know how to smile -Noisy Cockatoo Birds Disturbing us 24/7 (even in our sleep) -Racially Attacked Us And Shouted at my 4 year old cousin, the husband said "Let Me Go Help You Pack Your 💩 Up." AND "That's it go leave." -Spying on us constantly giving us no privacy. -Came at us shouting for absolutely nothing at 1am, disturbing peoples sleep. -Saying people filed 'several complaints' when none were filed against us. The place is so bad it should be bulldozed. Bro the people were spying on us cuz we were coloured at 1am, (his spying skills are like he’s paid minimum wage by the C.I.A.

The cabin was clean, spacious and had everything I needed for a quick stop over. I didn't use any facilities but it looked like a spacious park. Fairly close to the town and not far from shops. Office staff were friendly on the phone.

Great location and very clean, spacious cabin. Staff was friendly. Kids and pets friendly. Close to shopping. Beach was walking distance. They have car, and boats cleaning area as well. We were able to experience one of the resident koala walking around on our cabin lawn.

Very disappointed with accommodation. It was not very clean. Furniture was all very uncomfortable Was left quarter roll toilet paper. Hot water ran out. Windows and camp kitchen filthy. Won’t be back There were plenty of new cabins but we got put in a very old dilapidated one. Pictures on internet very misleading

What a great idea it was to upgrade our ensuite powered site for a cabin ! This is the best cabin I have stayed in ever. And that means in fifty years of cabins all over Australia and New Zealand. Spacious, well designed, high ceiling well equipped kitchen with cooktop, oven, microwave as well as the usual appliances. The oval shaped dining table, large corner suite with coffee table, good sized TV ensured that we were comfortable. The main bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, mirror with shelf and power point below it, two other powerpoints beside the bed for the electric blankets and two reading lights above the bed. The second room had two bunk sets accommodating four persons powerpoints and two small wardrobes. The bed linen was good quality, towels supplied. The double bed was comfortable - great sleep. It was lovely to enjoy a spa bath - the shower is above it and soap, shampoo was supplied as was a hair dryer. The deck had a good sized table and benches - great to relax after a day exploring the many walks in this beautiful area. What a good idea to provide a car park beside each cabin. The road behind was busy during the day but quiet at night - we didn't notice it inside the cabin. Our family had an ensuite powered site - deluxe ensuite @$45 per night and the older ones @$35 per night. no complaints from them. They had koalas in the trees opposite and loved seeing them.

We camped on an unpowered site for 4 nights. Camp sites are not marked, so everyone just sets up camp in the big grassy area at the back of the park. We stayed between christmas and new year, and there was one night in particular that it was a little cramped. In saying that, there was more grassy camp area further out the back, but didn't realise till later. When we arrived, the park owner let us know that Corellas (noisy birds) would come and roost in the trees at night. I ended up going to Woolies and getting some ear plugs, and had no trouble sleeping. the only real negatives I can think of with staying at this park was that it was a bit of a walk to go to the toilet , and camp kitchen. Would have been nice if these were closer to the camp area. The camp kitchen was quite handy, and had an oven with a stove, two barbeques, two microwaves , a fridge, and two big chest freezers for fisherman to store there fish. they also had a few things like cups , plates , cutlery , saucepans and pans for cooking ect. There were a few tables and chairs both inside and outside of the camp kitchen . There was a jumping pillow and playground for the kids . We also enjoyed walking around the park looking up into the trees for koalas . We ended up counting 6 koalas while we were there. The park owners were lovely and helpful, however the one thing that did concern me was the fact that there was no first aid kit at the park . There was an accident on the jumping pillow, and a first aid kit was needed, but there was not one. this park is in a great location, and close to the centre of town

We stayed for 3 nights on a powered, ensuite site. The first thing we noticed was the ensuite was not fit for human use and should be bulldozed. After a shower the water would come back up under the floor tiles and around the toilet. There was no paper holder so l made one out of string. No privacy at night as there were only net curtains on the windows. The large red, yellow bins were full and smelt like dog poo and vomit, they were finally emptied on our last day but not cleaned. We had a huge storm one night and day, bins were being blown over and tree rubbish everywhere. No one in the 3 days ever came and cleaned up. The camp kitchen looked like a mechanics workshop with greese and rubbish on tables and floor. The laundry was a mess and we had to fight our way through large bags of site washing to get to a machine. Their were signs of renovation but all in the wrong areas. The camp amenities were not clean even after they were just cleaned. Perhaps look at staying here in 12 months time. Gary,Kathy
