Opened in August 2014, Crossroads Ecomotel is a newly built motel offering affordable quality accommodation in Port Augusta. The energy efficient buildings feature rammed earth, double glazing and SIPs to keep the heat and noise out and comfort in. Spacious rooms with kitchenette, ensuite, king bed, reverse cycle AC, large outdoor deck, leather lounge & 40" wall mounted TV. We receive lots of compliments on how comfortable the beds are and how good guests have slept. Many stay an extra night and most plan their return to stay with us again. We also have 2 rooms that are pet friendly (pets allowed in the rooms) but please call us to check availability.

Booked 1 night as a stop over before going north. Doesn’t look that great from outside- don’t be fooled - the room was spacious, super clean, very comfortable king size bed, great bathroom with good size shower, kitchenette with new appliances, air con quiet and a cute little private outdoor area. Do yourself a favour - stay here !

Many thanks for the nice review. We call the outside look "RETRO" and you are right it is deceiving. Glad you liked the inside and thanks for taking the time to post a great review. Welcome back anytime. Best wishes.

We had a very large room with a king size bed. There was an extra SB, a large tv and a comfy sofa. The kitchenette had a fridge but no microwave. Out the large French window at the back was a deck with a table and chairs. Having the cat visit us was a bonus!

Many thanks for the great review. All our rooms are the same size with the same ammenities. There should have been a microwave and I will make sure a new one is put in the room. Whiskey is a very friendly cat and always on the lookout for food or a bit of attention. He adopted us and all our guests - as cats tend to do.

We were so happy with our choice for one night in Port Augusta. Loved the eco aspects of this motel, the room was really spacious and had all we look for in a motel (not our first choice for accommodation generally) it was just so good. Really happy to recommend this place for Port Augusta.
