it is a bit of a difficult place to navigate, we walked in the front bar looking for meals & in our walk through of the place we found just a random room off to the side, we had to ask someone where we eat & it was in this random room which looked like a private function room. The...

A beautiful original old pub still with lots of old character. The staff are very friendly and the meals in the restaurant were terrific, the size of the snitzels was unbelievable (the hung over the edge of the plate). The rooms were clean and tidy and massive. The rooms are very cheap and I would definitely stay here again.

Having a walk-about in Port Augusta at lunch time. Husband googled and found this place. Interesting old building near the shops. Good pub food, cold drinks and friendly service. You an even shoot a game of pool.

Wanted a pub lunch that was value for money and that is what we got. Clean, enough and reliable. Ticked the boxes and worth it when hungry. Courteous service. In the centre of the town. Air conditioning was welcome on a windy hot day. The combination of lamb and beef was better than the pasta.

This motel isn't visually appealing but It's ok if your after a nights sleep and your on a budget. The rooms are old and noisy as you can hear pipes clanging together and lots of rustling noises through the walls at nights. The positives) the bed was actually comfy and the meal was great. Friendly service from the bar. The...

We have visited Port Augusta several times now and both times we have eaten at this pub. I can recommend the service, it was fast and friendly, and the food was absolutely delicious and well priced. And more than we could eat! Highly recommend this pub for good modern Aussie tucker at a value price.

The rooms were average ensuite pub rooms. Unfortunately the walls are thin and the pub is noisy. Not the greatest choice of you have heaps of driving to do the following day. If you're up for a party though, this is probably the place for you.

We ordered pizza & garlic bread to takeaway. The pepperoni pizza was a hit with the kids, and the garlic bread was actually damper and tasted amazing - but we adults had the gourmet vegetarian pizza and it was delicious! Good service, fair price - but worth picking up instead of delivery to our accommodation as we saved ourselves quite...

Delicious food and fantastic service from our waitress. Pub decor. Lots of menu choices. Ate there when passing through Port Augusta. Kids loved their food too. My nine year old son had pizza and said it was the best he had ever had.
