Perfectly positioned in the Hervey May Marina Precinct you will enjoy direct access to all tours leaving from the marina terminal and the many café's and restaurants overlooking the myriad of boats. The resort offers a 25 metre lagoon pool and heated spa. There is also a games room where you can relax on the lounges or enjoy a game of ping pong. There are barbecue facilities at either end of the pool with ample outdoor furniture for your use. High speed wifi is available to all rooms, complimentary for all our guests.

This was part of our 'Great Sunshine Coast Road Trip'. Beware that there are two resorts with very similar names which can cause confusion like it did to me. The other resort is simply Ramada By Wyndam. When I did my research, I thought I was booking this resort but in the process I booked Whale Cove. Whale Cove is behind the other resort and much further away from the beach. We stayed in Unit 52 at the back of the complex. The apartment was spacious and very comfortable. The bedding was good as well as the amenities within the unit. We did not realise that we were on the 2nd floor without an elevator, so if you are elderly or have trouble using stairs, be wary. We were not informed about the 'no elevators' and that we could be on a high floor AFTER we booked and paid the money. The advice came in a very lengthy generic email that contained booking cancellations and everything else (my fault for not carefully reading that I would have to advise them if I wanted a lower floor, but there was no guarantee that they could supply one).

We stayed in apartment 65, it was gorgeous! So well kept and it had a partial pool view. Be warned if you are arriving by Uber or Taxi that you need to check in at the main reception at the Ramada hotel side. Full thanks to the staff there who were so helpful and tried their best to assist when our K'gari trip was cancelled. The WiFi situation in the Whale Cove apartments is a bit annoying. Each unit has their own WiFi but there isn't any general WiFi around the complex or pool area. The location here is good though, not far from Urangan marina and there's a Woolworths not far away.

Planned to spend two nights here but checked out after one. Our room had holes in the curtains, presumably made by moths, and the carpet was filthy. At check out we were told the carpets were being replaced in March 2023, but still no excuse for not getting dirty marks out of them. The apartment itself was a good size and we had a walk in shower( most have shower over bath). It was also well equipped so was a real shame we couldn’t face two nights there. We stayed here between Christmas and NY. There were 6 adults and 5 children across two apartments.
Firstly the accommodation was perfect for us. Pool really big and great. Close to all the main parts of Hervey Bay.
The main aspect which wowed us was we left a bag with kids clothing in outside our car and left. We then also realised that one of the children had left an envelope with all of their Christmas money in the apartment!
We were about to ring when we found a message telling us the bag had been handed in and house keeping had brought the money to reception. Montana (and I think the gentleman was called Chris) we really helpful considering it was NY Eve. It gives you a lot of confidence booking a venue when the staff are so trustworthy and friendly.

We loved our stay here. The apartment was a breath of fresh air everything light, bright, airy, modern and fresh. Great beds and sofas (pillows a tad thin but that’s all I could fault). Literally a home away from home (but a bit nicer -_-). Would 100% recommend

We booked a 1 bedroom apartment. It was extremely high quality, spacious and well equipped. We were on the ground floor and had a courtyard with easy access to the pool. Full kitchen and lounge, additional lounge area (they call it a study but there was no desk just a lounge), large bathroom and laundry. Parking was undercover - we had a high load 2.5 and were able to get in and park easily. We were missing a modem for the free wifi when we arrived but that was quickly rectified. Everything you needed was there. Located at Urangan - easy walk to the pier and the Boat Club.

Great 2 bedroom unit stay for our family of 2A and 2c. Shared bathroom including toilet in between rooms and ensuiting to the main. Shower head is fixed fairly low on the wall, so not ideal for tall people, water pressure however was great! Extremely comfortable bedding, best sleep in ages! Lounge was well equipped with large tv and comfortable recliners. Kitchen was well equipped and in room laundry was handy. Spare lounge/sofabed room was great for storing luggage. Large pool that had a crisp temperature for a hot day.. Bbqs close to the pool area for use. Undercover dedicated room parking close to room allocation. Secure entry to resort with room key fob. Fairly quiet resort considering it was school holidays, short walk to the boat club precinct. Would stay again.

We booked into this resort for a weekend getaway and could not be happier with our choice from the friendly helpful greeting upon arrival to the well set out quiet room. Undercover parking the resort is very secure we were in a ground floor apartment and had two private court yard areas. The unit had everything we could want and more, very comfy Walking distance to the boat club for a meal. The pool looked beautiful only wish it was warm enough for a swim but that gives us a reason to return 😊 Our room was very private had a full kitchen, washer & dryer and very comfy lounge. It was very quiet.

Nice place to stay for a few nights. The apartment was well equipped, the common spaces - aisles and stairs, could use some sprucing up. Reception has some weird opening times - on weekend it’s only open until 10 or 11. In 3 days we spent there, due to tours and other activities, we never saw it open. For us it was ok, but if you need help taking your luggages to your apartment - we had second floor and there is no elevator, might be an issue.

Close to attractions we wanted to see and do. Upon arrival the room smelt strongly of bleach. Breakfast was promoted as an add on but we needed to leave the property either walking a distance or driving to get there. Not very convenient. Accommodation had all you need but was just average for the money.
