Arrived to a warm fire going and lovely clean bunk beds to rest our weary heads! Very welcoming greeting with friendly family feel. We did not require the catering but the roast dinner for the guests smelt delicious followed by apple pie and ice cream! We had canoed in and hadn't used the hosts jet boats but we were helped...

We had a great experience on this trip. Jet boat and woodland walk followed by lunch on the bridge. Dave was an excellent guide, informative and pleasant to be with! We would recommend this trip to anyone. My 6 and 8 year old loved it too!

Yes kids do love the jet boat ride and then being able to run around on the track into the Bridge. A totally different part of our wonderful country so different from the cities! Dave is a brilliant guide, very knowledgeable friendly and funny. We are so lucky to have him as part of the Bridge to Nowhere team! If...

Arriving in the rain at very short notice, the hostess very kindly put us up in a Lodge room vs. a 'wet walk' to the cabins. We were snug looking out on the magnificence of the river in flood. Next day we took the jet boat to the Bridge to Nowhere in bright sunshine. Our guide Dave gave us an...

Awesome ride, great scenery. Lodge was amazing with dinner fit for a king and/or queen. Jet boating great. Can't say enough good about this place. Had a luxurious bedroom to sleep in. Hosts were wonderful with a sense of humour to go with it. Will be back.

Thanks Dave for a wonderful Jetboat ride and the local knowledge commentary on Sunday. The weather was variable (rain up. sunshine back) however the adventure was awesome. We have been looking forward to this trip for four years. Thoroughly enjoyed. Recommend this to every visitor to the North Island. Cheryl & Darrell

Thanks Cheryl and Darrell for your review. Glad that you enjoyed your trip despite the showery weather. Sometimes the mist rain makes the trip even more memoriable like stepping back in time! Hope you get a chance to come back again when the river is low and there are more rapids etc. You get a totally perspective of the area...

Great service, picked us up and our bikes in the jet boat, stayed a night at the lodge. Have a great home cooked dinner, relaxed with a few drinks. Good sleep & breakfast. Then jet boated us to Pipiriki. Great place & friendly people. It was also good to disconnected from all our "essential" devices for a few days, would...

We spent 1 Saturday night here and loved it. This is a unique part of NZ history. The lodge has an amazing relaxing feel to it. Very old fashioned country service. Staff are extremely helpful and hospitable. The rooms are basic but adequate and there is no need to spend time in your room when there is plenty of outdoor...

Absolutely blown away with how perfectly our weekend went, with much thanks to the crew from the BTN Lodge. As kiwis on a budget, we rarely consider using tour operators, but we will definitely be returning with this one. Flexible, accommodating, welcoming, trustworthy. Everything you could want for a brief adventure in such a wild and beautiful landscape. Even though...
