Warm, homely and everything relaxing. It was school break and we took both our young teenage children to Margaret River. The place has a vast landscape which is well kept. The wild birds kept visiting the manor and that was nice for city dwellers like us. Rooms are well maintained and pristine. The wooden stairs to our room creeks as...

We stayed at Basildene Manor for three nights to celebrate my wife's 50th birthday. It was an absolute delight! Beautiful old mansion set in stunningly manicured gardens and natural bushland. Easy to get to, plenty of parking and our room (Kind Suite) was very well appointed and pristine. Daniela was an awesome host and gave us great tips for restaurants...

Basildene Manor is perfect. We had a Mother/daughter long weekend here. Amanda who greeted us on Saturday is an absolute gem. Her passion for the Manor was a pleasure and her knowledge of its history was informative and told with a delightful joy. The rooms all have wine names and we stayed in Chardonnay as a twin room. It was...

It seeps with old world charm which you would be hard pressed to find elsewhere and this is matched by the warm and friendly staff.
