The area was lovely but there was no hot water for the first 2 days of our 3 day trip. I didn't expect freezing showers from one of the most expensive sites on our trip and it really took the edge off our wine tour having to go without having a proper wash after driving down from Perth. The barbecue...

Hello and apologies you were met with this during your stay in Margaret River. We had two days where our utilities were intermittently on and off. As the first day was a Sunday our regular plumber and electrician were unavailable and we could not get through to Western Power to ascertain where the fault was. We did get the issues...

Stayed for 4 nights in an ensuite site. Office staff friendly especially Chantelle who assisted us in moving to a more appropriate site. Reasonable cost at $40 night less with top tourist discount. Close to town and can walk in easily. Nice coffee shop just across the road. Gardens well maintained. Large camp kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if...

Entrance to park looks impressive. But as we were in a caravan the environment changed. Very title sites area not maintained. What concerned me more was he state of the bird cage housing a pet Loorket. I do hope by now it has fresh water

Hello and thanks for your comments! Cecil has been our resident for 20 odd years despite many attempts to release him, Margaret River Tourist Park is his home. He is very well looked after and fed and watered regularly. He is a staff favourite and if you ask he will certainly say 'hello'. We're sorry you didn't find our sites...

The owners of the park need to seriously re-think the manager. I'm not sure what's in his job description but I'm certain harassing families for trying to have a meal after driving 3 hours from Perth. Arriving at 8pm to meet with other families. Prepared and cooked a meal and eating at 9pm to have the lights switched off in...

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We've had a conversation with our night duty officer and can only apologise for what was a dreadful crossing of wires. Please rest assured that this is not the treatment our guests should expect. While we do close our facilities at 9:30pm to ensure the park is quiet and noise free for all...

The tourist Park was an absolute delight to stay at. It was squeaky clean, well looked after and tranquil. The shady trees around the campsite really set a soothing mood. I really recommend this tourist park for those looking for a peaceful and calming campsite.

Fifth time we've stayed and everything was perfect once again. The chalets are always clean and well equipped. Very close to the centre and lots of restaurants close by for evening meal. Would recommend for friends or families visiting the Margaret River area who want roomy, reasonable accomodation.

This was a really good place to stay - lots of space, well set up with everything you need, comfortable, good location and not expensive. The only down side was the lack of WiFi in the 'cottage' so we had to go to a communal area to get a connection. However unexpectedly on the last day of our three day...

Had 2 bed cabin. Recently refurbished and comfortable. Spacious, clean, very well equipped, and reception staff helpful and friendly. Changed our booking a few days before arrival, and no problem. 10-5 minutes walk into town but essential groceries closer almost opposite Park entrance. Could not pick up wifi from our cabin so sat outside Reception to check emails. Tea, coffee,...

We were a little pissed that even though we gave 48-72 hrs notice that we would be late that they were adamant to not change our booking. So we missed the first night and still got charged which to me just made them look money desperate. Their 30 day booking lock in is pretty crap for people getting around the...

Hi and thanks for your comments. We're sorry you haven't had a positive experience with us. We are more than happy to be flexible with people who have genuine or unfortunate reasons for missing or postponing a booking. We do not change bookings or offer refunds simply because people are running behind and cannot honour their booking. The fact you...
