We arrived in town very late in the afternoon and were directed to this holiday park. The staff were wonderful and showed us to our 2 bedroom house. It had everything we could possibly need, was very clean and comfortable. Would recommend to anyone. :)

My partner and I are visiting Australia from England and we decided to stay in Margaret River for a while. The tourist park offers longer term accommodation in the form of lovely modern cabins for just $125 each per week based on four sharing. We were able to meet people from all over the world during our stay and found...

Stayed for eight nights in a powered caravan site. Short walk to town. Dog friendly. Showers clean. Park very tidy. Staff friendly. Enjoyed our stay there. Has the best BYO Thai restaurant over the road!

Good location to base yourself to explore Margaret River and surrounds. Easy 10 min walk to town which has everything you need including 2 good pubs. Amenities are clean but could do with an update. Spacious toilets but cramped showers. Powered Sites are not overly large and the camp sites are cramped.

Recently stayed 5 nights here in our van at an ensuite site. The ensuite was nice only down side only one roll of toilet paper, Quite a few of the sites there are very tight on room the gentleman opposite us offered to move his car out of the way so we could get in, he had the same problem...

First let's start by the positive: nice grounds, perfect location, clean facilities. Special mention for Carrie and Chantelle at the reception: very lovely, smiling, friendly staff. Now for possible improvement: - Fixing the temperature (either too cold or too hot) and pressure of the showers in both blocks. - Better maintenance for cabins and caravans (rats have been found in...

Hello and thanks for your review. While we always welcome feedback and are open to possibilities to improve, there are many points in your review which are entirely false. Our park certainly isn't 75% backpackers. We have one section that caters to people travelling through Margaret River while they work in town. We don't allow any long stays on UNpowered...

The area was lovely but there was no hot water for the first 2 days of our 3 day trip. I didn't expect freezing showers from one of the most expensive sites on our trip and it really took the edge off our wine tour having to go without having a proper wash after driving down from Perth. The barbecue...

Hello and apologies you were met with this during your stay in Margaret River. We had two days where our utilities were intermittently on and off. As the first day was a Sunday our regular plumber and electrician were unavailable and we could not get through to Western Power to ascertain where the fault was. We did get the issues...

Stayed for 4 nights in an ensuite site. Office staff friendly especially Chantelle who assisted us in moving to a more appropriate site. Reasonable cost at $40 night less with top tourist discount. Close to town and can walk in easily. Nice coffee shop just across the road. Gardens well maintained. Large camp kitchen. Will definitely stay here again if...

Entrance to park looks impressive. But as we were in a caravan the environment changed. Very title sites area not maintained. What concerned me more was he state of the bird cage housing a pet Loorket. I do hope by now it has fresh water

Hello and thanks for your comments! Cecil has been our resident for 20 odd years despite many attempts to release him, Margaret River Tourist Park is his home. He is very well looked after and fed and watered regularly. He is a staff favourite and if you ask he will certainly say 'hello'. We're sorry you didn't find our sites...

The owners of the park need to seriously re-think the manager. I'm not sure what's in his job description but I'm certain harassing families for trying to have a meal after driving 3 hours from Perth. Arriving at 8pm to meet with other families. Prepared and cooked a meal and eating at 9pm to have the lights switched off in...

Hello and thank you for your feedback. We've had a conversation with our night duty officer and can only apologise for what was a dreadful crossing of wires. Please rest assured that this is not the treatment our guests should expect. While we do close our facilities at 9:30pm to ensure the park is quiet and noise free for all...
