7 pe<ple stayed at Julio beach house on long weekend or a concert we were attending at Lleuwyn estate.
The house was amazing with ample parking for 3 vehicles, tho we had 4 which we could accommodate. Ocean views from top level, with balcony and telescope. Lower level was also spacious with a lovely outdoor area. All in all a very pleasant stay.

Everything about this property from start to finish was awesome. Perfect location being a short walk to a gorgeous little dog beach, 5 minutes drive to surfers point and down the road from gas bay to appease the froth doggies and walking distance to some great cafes. The house set up at Kilifi was brilliant. Upstairs retreat for the folks where we sipped wine and ate some gorgeous local produce while watching the sunset (and even saw some wales spouting) and downstairs where the kids could entertain themselves or have a quiet arvo nap! Love taking our furry friends with us on getaways and there was plenty of room for them to roam around safely fenced in. Lovely little touches with the choccies, treats, filtered water jugs and pod machines and overall a lovely, clean, well-equipped house. We'll definitely be back, thank you for making our stay so pleasant.

We had wet windy weather, but enjoyed the fireplace and ample supply of wood. Convenient to most wineries and close enough to town of Margaret River. Very welcoming hosts, nothing is too much trouble (and they leave lollies for the trip home).

10 mins from Margaret River. 2 seconds from the beach.
Cheap clean and convenient!!
Definitely worth a visit if you want to be near the coast.
The hosts were great as well, really accom dating when we arrived later.
Would recommend.

Great location and views, good house and loved the wood fire. Has separate upstairs and downstairs which is excellent for a family. Enclosed safe yard and nice big kitchen. Very well maintained house.
