Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

A beautifully designed and peaceful hotel. The beds were so comfortable, the rooms shaded by trees were lovely and cool and the outlook at the back into the forest was delightful. The birds were friendly and stayed for a photo! A very abundant continental breakfast was available daily and the staff were all so helpful. Would love to come back again.

We had a lovely time here among the trees. We had a lodge at the back facing the trees and the birdsong in the morning was beautiful. The lodge was very large. A very clean and comfortable bed and bathroom . It’s a great position for walking into Margaret River. And the breakfast was a nice start to the day.

The Lodge is in a good location and is only an 8 min walk into town where all the restaurants are. The complimentary continental breakfast is excellent. Our room was clean & the bed was very comfortable. Four days in the area enabled us to fully explore the region.
