Great location, easy walk to town. Large comfortable room and very clean room. Room was quiet even though you are on the main road into town. The breakfast was excellent and the brewery next door had some great food

Clean, friendly reception (owners i think), very helpful and dedicated breakfast manager, cleaning staff and supervisor. A great comfortable 10 units accommodation, like a family village and great location to town and all visiting sites.

Great location, spacious and clean room. The brewery is just next door and gin distillery across the road. perfect in every way to spend some downtime and relaxation. The spa bath is just what we needed after a long day of touring, eating delicious food and drinking wine. Breakfast is good but would have loved some hot food options. Overall, would recommend this accommodation to friends and family.

We stayed 1 night whilst we were touring the South West of W.A. The living area was reasonable, but the bathroom area was very poor. Shower was dirty and the most unforgettable was the strong smell of stale urine from the toilet floor. It requires a deep clean or total re-tile. Really not acceptable for this high price. Didn’t try the breakfast as we had had enough, but were unable to check out early the next morning as reception didn’t open till 8/30. Not recommended, also bad access to units, lots of steps.

Response from Heritage Trail Lodge, General Manager at Heritage Trail Lodge
Responded 21 Feb 2022
Hi Susan, You stayed 1 night and if you had a problem with toilet smell you could have let me know but I find your complaint to be ridiculous. Our rooms are thoroughly cleaned every day prior to guests arriving. There were people who stayed in your room after you left and they were very happy with the cleanliness of the room. Terry (Manager)
