Karri House, 'Eat Stay Love' is a luxury B & B set on two acres and is surrounded by pretty gardens and grassed areas. The house has verandahs where you can settle with a book in a comfy chair and relax the afternoon away or stretch out on the large undercover daybed (with a wine) in the back garden. There's a bocce court if you feel like something a little more energetic after spending the day exploring the Margaret River tourist destinations or lunching at one of the wonderful Wineries that are located near by. In the bottom paddock you'll find the two pet sheep, 'Sally & Pepe' and the chicken house where you can meet the girls who lay fresh eggs for your breakfast in the morning. There is also a small orchard where you can help yourself to any of the fresh fruit (in season). The theatre room is available if you feel like a movie on a larger screen before heading off to bed. You are welcome to have a glass of port in the formal lounge room when you return 'home' after dinner or just use this delightful room to read a book in peace and comfort inside the house if the weather doesn't allow you to enjoy the garden and verandah spaces. There are three Queen rooms to choose from at Karri House. They all have electric blankets and their own TV's. The Gardenia bedroom has an ensuite and walk in robe and the Hydrangea and Fuchsia rooms have a bathroom right next door to them. I look forward to welcoming you!

I was enamoured with Karri House from the moment I arrived! Tracey was so welcoming and intuitively created a bespoke experience for me which was totally in tune with my interests. I loved the combination of luxurious interiors, exquisite gardens and adorable farm animals. The eggs from the chicken house and fruits from the orchard were some of the freshest and most delicious I have tasted in a very long time, thank you! One night was definitely not enough - I am looking forward to hopefully spending many more nights here in future. Do yourself a favour and spend some time here - your soul won't regret it!

Tracey is an absolutely beautiful person who runs the best B&B in all Australia. I enjoyed every second of my stay and felt at home, a six star home at that, whilst in this beautiful home. Make sure you enjoy every different breakfast and Tracey is a wealth of knowledge for the pristine area.

Tracey provides a warm welcome and service second to none. She makes recommendations on things to do and places to see. Tracey can book wineries etc and also offers personalised tours using her car. Her bed and breakfast residence provides an awesome place to stay with beautiful gardens to explore. A unique experience is to be introduced to Elizabeth, an emu who can put on quite a show! All in all, we loved our stay and would recommend Karri House to anyone who wants a first class experience in Margaret River.

Exceptional establishment owned and cared for by a wonderful lady. We were met with a smile and warm greeting. Karri House is perfect for a weekend getaway to relax by the fire place with a glass of red wine or view the exceptional grounds. The bed is comfortable with a well appointed room and ensuite. Tracey assists in providing the location of Margaret River’s best locations and books venues free of charge. We were very fortunate to have Tracey convey us to and from restaurants. Highly recommend a stay Karri House anytime of the year.

We had such a fabulous pre-welcome - Tracey is happy to suggest places on your way to Karri House, which all adds to the trip. A relaxing afternoon on the day bed in the garden and then visiting her animals in her paddock. Sheep, chickens, a turkey and a rescued emu Elizabeth, who I completely love. Trip suggestions included feeding stingrays, seeing the points of the Indian and Southern oceans meet at the Lighthouse - and feeding magpies by hand at her place! I’ve never had such a nature stay in one place. We have travelled extensively and this trip is amongst the top destinations we have visited, thanks to Tracey.

I would totally recommend Tracy and Karri House. We’ve just had a wonderful 4 nights at her accommodation. It was pristine so clean and with lots of charm. The setting, garden and accommodation was very comfortable. Tracy is fantastic, she dropped us off and collected us from Voyager where she had booked the tour for us. Nothing is too much trouble for her. She showed us her animals and my sister in law got to wash her Emu! Breakfast was beautifully presented and she catered to all our needs ( I’m gluten intolerant) 5 stars all the way for this fantastic place Photo of the local goats :)

A beautiful boutique guest house, amazing grounds to wander round including an animal enclosure & a family of magpies who come to be fed by Tracy the owner, sit on her arms & knees. The rooms so very warm & welcoming & lack nothing in the way of amenities. Tracy is a wonderful woman, come as a stranger & leave as a friend. Only had 2 nights but they were wonderful. As a family separated by thousands of .miles it was really good to be able to spend quality time together. Nothing was too much trouble for Tracy including running us into town to save us getting a taxi. A truly lovely lady & a wonderful place to stay. I would recommend to anyone going to Margaret River.

No surprise Tracey has been number one rated Margaret River stay host for so long. Gardenia room was beautiful and clean, quiet and comfortable. Tracey does everything she can to make you feel welcome and plan your trip to this beautiful area. Highlight for us was feeding the Stingray at Hamelin Bay not for the faint hearted! Will definitely stay again when next in WA. Catherine & Roger

Tracey from Karri House is an exceptional host, providing a wealth of knowledge and personal experience for first-time visitors. The Gardenia Room was very comfortable and private. The home-cooked breakfasts of scromellette (part scrambled egg, part omelette from freshly-gathered eggs) and Bircher muesli were delicious. She gave a warm and generous welcome and accommodated all our needs, including booking excellent restaurants and driving us around. Thanks for spoiling us!
