Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Great caravan park. Fantastic service from the management we were in the overflow site it still had both power and water. Good pool area. A short stroll and you are at a beautiful sheltered beach . Bus stop at the front of the park. Highly recommend.

The night before we arrived, local thieves had hit the park, stealing thousands of dollars worth of stuff. We learned about this from other campers and found we were on one of the sites that was hit.I asked the manager why we weren't at least warned to lock up things at night. Her reply...'it happens everywhere, cockroaches come out at night'. Poor security and an even worse attitude from management. I slept with my panic button by the side of our bed as we felt unsafe. Not recommended.

Great location right on the beach, but needs some TLC. The dump point is the strangest one we’ve ever seen! It’s right in the middle of the park next to the jumping pillow and the playground.. and you’re forced to keep the door open if you want to breathe at all, so while families are playing a few metres away, your tipping a sh*t bucket down a broken old toilet.. very awkward & strange placement. Lady at the front desk wanted to be anywhere else but working there, quite unfriendly but she mightve just been having a bad couple of days. Laundry was fine, plenty of line to hang clothes out. Bathroom floors were mopped often & areas of the park are well signed with information. Seems like a good spot to stay with just a tent set up

Stayed in the accessible cabin and although it was adequate for our needs, the cabin is very tired and really needs some maintainance. Also for a large cabin it was very lacking in any storage or hanging facilities.

We were told we had a beachfront review - wrong! Big trees blocked all of the view. The cabin was "acceptable" broken chair on the verandah - 1 small milk to share between 3 adults for 2 nights. Main receptionist not very friendly. VERY tired little cabin. Probably wouldnt stay there again. Its a big shame as you are right on the beachfront but CANT see a thing other than from the family cabin.

The only good thing about this place is the beach right there and the sound of the ocean. The cabin we got, had a lovely balcony, and ocean views but that's it. The fence surrounding the cabin was a broken asbestos fence with shards in the sand. The cabin itself was not maintained at all, smelly, old uneven flooring, paint peeling, needs a major renovation and could be quite nice. Also missing an oven. I considered sleeping on the balcony. The kids playground consisted of a jumping pillow and 2 large tyres. Coming from the East coast where Big 4 parks are generally amazing, this was a disappointment.

On the northern tip of Geraldton, adjoining a very pleasant beach. Good sized sites, dated but very clean bathrooms. Not a lot of shade but on the blustery nights we were there, we were delighted to not be under a tall tree. Free wifi was good.

Stayed here twice now and is a nice quiet park with some grassy spots , awesome sunsets although the pool needs to have a sign saying no smoking , two ladies proceeded to smoke and drink while in the pool when I swam with my baby and family , would stay again

Great spot to watch the sun set over the Indian Ocean. Located right on a lovely Geraldton beach. But the park itself is old, dated, and smells of sewerage. Cabins look nice and neat but we stayed on a powered site - not much to recommend that. Ok if you have kids and need easy access to the beach, or want an OK pool.
