Excellent Park. Amenities are quite dated, but everything was very clean, the showers were fantastic and the staff were just beautiful and helpful. We had a powered site for our adult children and their van which was very large and spacious, as well as a cabin for ourselves. We asked to be close to each other if possible and they were very accommodating and had us across from each other. Lots of permanent residents but all were very quiet and courteous. Park has everything you could want including large spaces, plenty of toilet and shower blocks and is kept immaculate. Cabin was old school (laminate walls etc) but was very clean and comfortable and had everything you could need (including complementary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, towels, linen, washing liquid and soap). Nothing was too much trouble at all. Internet was free and of good speed. BBQ was nice and clean and all staff were happy to help with anything we needed. Would 100% stay here again 😊

This caravan park is probably one of the better parks we’ve stayed in. It’s an older park which appears to have been cleaned up. The ladies in reception are very friendly and welcoming. The roads are lovely and wide which makes for an easy access into sites. There are 3 amenities blocks all with a laundry. They are older but nice and clean. It has lots of grass sites and a few with concrete slabs. The pool area is lovely and the pool has plenty of room. Not sure what the cabins are line inside but they look older but we’ll maintained. It is quiet even though it’s on a busy road. Not many children during our stay. Probably not a lot for them to do. I would definitely recommend this park and stay here again should I revisit Bunbury.

What a lovely park. After spending a couple of days on The Foreshore with a large amt of traffic noise and hooning, it was nice to come to Glade. There’s still traffic, but not at an annoying level. Amenities here are older style, plentiful and spotless. All staff are welcoming, especially the office (shoutout to Sharnee who just always smiles). Lots of maintained green grass and shade trees. A small playground. Park is close to everything too, perfect location to sightsee from. A winner!

We have been many times before and been very satisfied. This time the park looked very fresh. The amenities were scruptuously clean with all the appropriate notices. Site was just as we requested - staff were helpful, friendly and prepared to have a quick chat and help you out. For break we needed we had some business to attend to and it is so convenient, you can access town centre quickly and you can also leave Bunbury quickly for excursions. The park appears to attract our kind of people, we had great interaction with other guests.

Just your average caravan park. Sites were a decent size and staff were friendly but nothing special about this park. Amenities could have been cleaned a bit better. Lots of permanent residents, one of the cabins was in the middle of the powered sites.

First impressions all looks fine but if you have children with you watch out for the stalker on the golf buggy, who follows your kids. If you have one foot in the grave you will be fine, or if your kids are under 5yo you may get away with it if they dont make too much noise. The management staff will single out your kids and ban them from the pool or even riding there bike, you know the thing kids generally do when on holiday, we left early due to there inappropriate behaviour of the management.

This has to be hands down the worst caravan park in Western Australia. I have no idea how it became a Big 4 park!! Do not stay here if you have children. Staff are so so rude, not kiddie friendly at all and the games room for children is crap. Toilets are so bad and not cleaned daily. Pool looks lovely but it was so full of god knows what the kids bathers fell apart after the first swim. What a disappointment this park was! We stayed with three different families and all felt the same way. Park residents were telling kids to be quiet before the sun had even gone down. I have never been one to leave a review about anywhere i have stayed but i felt this was definately something people needed to know. BIG 4 get your act together this park should not be involved with your name!!

Response from BunburyGlade, Manager at Bunbury Glade Caravan Park
Responded 9 Jan 2014
Hi Jo N We are saddened to hear your group did not enjoy your stay with us recently. So was the glazier who had to be called in on his day off to fix the window broken by a member of your party, and the other guests who have told us their time in the pool was spoiled by the behaviour of your group and your unregistered visitors. So were the guests who had to use the ablution facilities after the children in your group had been running through like it was a playground, after you were told children had to be supervised. Our swimming pool is checked by the local health department regularly to maintain the integrity of the water, and thus far we haven't had a problem. We would be only too happy to discuss this further should you wish to contact us on 08 9721 3800. In fact, we would have been even happier if you had brought your concerns to our attention during your groups stay.

DON'T stay here if you're going to bunbury. Recieved threats from the owners for simply sitting around having a drink at 10pm. Cabins are outdated, looks like it's from the 70's, horrible bunk bed's. Beware of old guy on golf cart, seems to enjoy making peoples stay worse than actually a good experience. GO ELSEWHERE, THERE'S BETTER!

Response from BunburyGlade, Manager at Bunbury Glade Caravan Park
Responded 28 Oct 2013
Thank you for your comments regarding Bunbury Glade Caravan Park, we greatly appreciate all feedback. Ours is an older park and some of our cabins are a little more basic. However, we work hard to ensure they are clean and well maintained, and that our cabins are displayed honestly on our website. Many of our regular guests appreciate this option of clean and affordable accommodation in Bunbury. As part of creating a peaceful environment for all, we do ask that guests respect a quieter time of 10pm and that louder conversations are taken indoors. Unfortunately, sometimes other guests may ask us to speak to someone about the noise, and that may result in us asking people to keep it down. Kind regards, Ainslee, Manager

We only stayed 2 days but the staff were more than helpful with any thing we asked about. Lovely pool area , well maintained grounds will come again next time we are down this way with the kids! Close enough to shops but enough out of the main thoroughfare.

The parks staff was very disappointing as they don't have any customer skills at all. They very rude and abrupt. The young lady at the reception was nice tho. The quality of the Parks (I know its old ) maintenance is very poor as the amenities were a disgrace (dirty ,no hot water etc.)., The bins were not emptied for the four days we were there (Easter and all), Overhanging trees throughout the park grass overgrown, the roads are not kid friendly, the cabin we stayed in leaked due to poor maintenance. I would not be staying or be recommending the caravan park to anyone.

Hi hazelmcginty,
We do allow pets on our powered sites at the managers discretion, however not during peak periods and school holidays. If you'd like to give us a call on 08 9721 3800 we'd love try our best to help you out.
