A great location - central and handy for everything, but also nice and quiet.
Parking is a little tight. Shower was great.
I was disappointed that there wasn't a desk (or even a table) as I was there on business and needed to stay on top of emails etc.
There were some minor maintenance issues in my room (toilet and kettle) but the front office was never attended so I could not report them.
If you are there for an extended period, be aware that they only service your room if you put out the sign. I didn't realise this until day 3 when I was in need of clean towels. Perhaps a sign by the door would be useful?

The room blew me away for what I was expecting. It was modern and stylish yet extremely comfortable. Close to the beach, cafes, and shops with the friendliest staff. The room was quiet, cosy and slept like a baby, though the shower head is a little low for a 6ft person. Everyone loves to stand under a shower, not bow under it.

Second time we’ve stayed here. One of the best motels in Victoria (and we’ve been to plenty that are more expensive and less pleasant). Smart, central, owner operated, friendly. Our only problem with this place is that we can’t get in during Warrnambool Cup week because they are booked out years in advance. Good on em.

Nice, airy and clean, big comfy bed, well stocked mini bar. I had issues with a few small things, design flaws-no lighting in kitchen/wardrobe area, tiny sink in bathroom with tap too low to fill kettle. Issues in house, tired plastic 1970’s flower posy on already tiny vanity (sorry I just don’t get it) toilet seat sanitiser seal obviously been reused multiple times! Only one teabag in the complimentary tea and coffee stand. Two shampoo dispensers in the shower with no soap dispenser.
This sounds like petty whining but it wouldn’t take much to have made it four out of five, the other thing is when you have been travelling or working you don’t want to have to deal with petty stuff.

Be sure to double check the rate! We were quoted one rate for two nights then ended up with an extra $20 charged on the credit card for the second night. I do realise some places charge more on weekends but this was a Tuesday and Wednesday night! Also not as many car parks as rooms and very narrow. Shower fluctuated constantly. Wouldn’t stay here again.

Bed was pretty soft and there was the ability to use some streaming services as a guest. Staff were respectful and they had the option to not have your room serviced. I liked how they had everything available to you so you didn’t have to hunt for information. The wifi passcode was even on your keycard.
The fridge was nice to have and they provided menus to local places that would deliver.
Biggest plus is it’s right beside the IGA! I found it easy to get a few things and then walk back to my room even with heavy bags.
The only downside I saw was no elevator, only stairs. So if you have a lot of bags, well you’re gonna get a workout.
Overall, I enjoyed my stay especially compared to the motel I went after the Comfort Inn Western.
Would definitely stay again.

Excellent facility, centrally located and all the staff interacted with were very helpful and professional. Room was well appointed very clean and perfect for the event I attended in Warrnambool. Being able to leave motor vehicle prior to check in was particularly helpful.

Due to the cancellation of the F1 GP we had to cancel our trip to Melbourne which included a trip to Warnambool. The hotel looks great, we were pumped for a visit but as circumstances have it we had to cancel. I have to say though the hotel lived up to its high standards and processed a refund immediately without issue. We will do the trip next year, thanks Kim

The reception staff was delightful. Our room was spotless with new finishes. The room, a single and a double bed, was spacious enough to make our family of 3 feel very comfortable. The owners care about this property and show it!
There were several dining options within walking distance. Free parking!
We stayed only a night; coming from Adelaide and on our way to the Great Ocean Road. I would recommend to all!

We stayed here for four nights just after Christmas. It was a great experience. The owners are super friendly and always up for a chat and to give advice about what to see and do in and around Warrnambool. The location is fantastic and very central; it's right next door to an IGA and across the road from a launderette. Cafes and restaurants are a five-minute walk away and the beach is only a few minutes drive. The room was spacious and very clean, the bed very comfortable and the shower pressure in the bathroom was excellent. Parking was also good. They have a smart tv and I enjoyed being able to watch Netflix in the evenings. Overall we enjoyed our stay in Warnambool very much. And we are up that wat again would happily stay at this motel again.
