This Motor Inn is on a main road and we were a little concerned about traffic/road noise as we had the very front ground floor unit, but having the bathroom as a buffer between the road and the living/sleeping area was well thought out. Well-equipped room and large bathroom made our stay very comfortable.Entrance to the room was a bit pokey, but once we were in, we didn't hear any noise at all. Would recommend.

Be cautious if booking the Deluxe King Room as images shown are not representative of all 3 king rooms at the property. When we addressed our concerns with the owner they were immediately dismissed.
Overall we had a reasonable stay, the hotel is located close to the Main Street in Warrnambool and the room is comfortable enough, just not what we expected and paid for.

My room was on the corner and so I found it hard to sleep as the lights came through the blinds ( I had to go out and buy a mask) and the traffic was very noisy.
I liked the entry card which you just place in front of the door to get in.
I was moved to another room towards the back which was darker but the traffic noise was still loud as the entrance to the motel is on the highway- trucks during the night.
Other guests were using the split system during the night which would come on intermittently and vibrate so very noisily that I thought someone was starting a loud car until I realised it was coming from inside the motel.
There was a pod coffee maker with no pods . Coffee sachets with no milk in the room I was moved to.
The staff are very nice and the location is right in the city.
If you are a heavy sleeper then no worries, but for me it was too hard to sleep.

Hotel looks like it has been recently upgraded, so very fresh and clean.
Room amenities are very good,
This motel is situated on the corner of a busy street and the highway, so traffic noise until early hours is an issue.
Our room was on the side closest to the road, so some of the other rooms may have been quieter.
Beds were comfortable, choice of pillows, a small couch to sit on. So not just sitting on the bed, nice for a change.
Parking is right outside your door, while convenient, it is not allocated so anyone can be parked outside your particular room, sometimes quite noisy.
Lots of people noise also, not a great place for a restful night's sleep.
There is no reception desk, and therefore no staff, while the check in process is quite streamlined and worked well, it is another example of diminishing customer service, no welcoming smile and no thank you for choosing to stay with us when you leave.

Great location, very convenient, plenty of parking. The room is comfortable and clean. The conveniences are very adequate and the microwave, kettle, coffee machine etc was easy to use and appropriate.
We slept like a log and was impressed with the comfortable bed and pillows. Aircon was in the room but we didn't use it, although I tested it and it worked perfectly.
The staff are very friendly and nothing was an effort for them. We have no complaints.

Great location. Walking distance to city centre. Good facilities in room. Great to have seperate toilet, bath and seperate shower. The only negative is that the rooms could do a wipe down to get rid of cobwebs.

Travelled along the Great Ocean Road from Melbourne and decided to spend the night in Warrnambool. Upon arriving into town everything we passed was booked out and luckily the BW Tudor Motor Inn had one room left. The staff were lovely and the room was comfortable and was close to near by shops.

We liked our room which was modern and clean. We had a newly updated bathroom with lovely shower head. Our bed was lovely and comfortable with lots of room for the 2 of us. Nice size tv screen as well.
Overall very good value for the price. Only downside was sometimes the noisy trucks but if you kept the bathroom door closed it was minimal. Close to restaurants as well in walking distance.

On the whole, this motel offered an acceptable room without any standout feature. The room had been recently decorated and carpeted, but the improvements stopped in the bathroom; the toilet was clearly new, but the rest of the bathroom remained unimproved. Moreover, there was a smell coming from the shower area that suggested a leak.
