Room ok needs a spruce up, no electric blankets, wardrobe doors were hard to use, no exhaust fan in bathroom, so floor very wet when got out of shower, when we arrived the bathroom floor had water laying around on it very slippery had to mop it up with towel, then to top it off saturday night around 3am some arguing going on , and owners did nothing and not having a phone to ring them wasn`t pleasant

Parking's ok, bays are tight for 4WDs and large utes. Bonus there's a lift in foyer to 2nd floor, location of our room. Stairs for exercise. There a pool, but it's been out of service for several (Covid) years ........ and now under an elevated, fenced deck. Room good size, curtains good at keeping out the morning light, bed comfortable, multiple stains on carpet, and as is not unusual in accomodation, interior of kettle was heavily discoloured with scale. Shower outlet on side wall over a narrow bath, rather challenging! Ablutions made harder by appalling water pressure meant hot-cold-hot-cold dribble from the shower rose. Dangerous. So bad, I didn't shower the next morning. Long black hairs behind the door to the bathroom AND the toilet roll holder kept 'dropping' the toilet roll!! No breakfast; there are various places to eat close by. Hmmmm, won't recommend, an overpriced motel 'cos of what's NOT included.…

This hotel is nothing like its website portrays as stated by others before (it was booked by another family member who didn't read previous reveiws). Photos look nothing like the actual room and the photos are probably from a past era. When we entered our first room it had a bad smell. Rooms are dirty, outdated, walls covered in dust, floor dirty, shower/bath disgusting with pubic hair and mould. The shower curtain was stained in various locations with what looked like grease of some kind. All windows in the room are sealed shut. The only way for fresh air to flow into the room was to leave the door open. Our room/rooms were non-smoking but at the entrance to one of the rooms there was a dirty ashtray and the second room had an ashtray on a table at the door where smokers (not in our room) could chuff away and the smoke would float into the room. The sheet on the bed in the first room was stained and no effort was made by the cleaning staff to even hide it. We were moved to another room, so after the inconvenience of packing up and moving to the other room, we discovered that the second room was just as bad but in different ways. When we asked about dining, we were told the restaurant was being remodelled and was not open to guests. The lady at reception was very apologetic and had excuses at the ready but they need to get their cleaning staff under control. This motel is just not up to par. We even went to the supermarket and bought tin Glen 20 in an attempt to disinfect the bed and bathroom. Bins around the facility are full and overflowing. As others have said “Shameful all around. Don’t stay here.” We will not be returning. I have photos but choose not to publish them. …

the photos are very decieving and not truthfull we entered the room and a bad smell arose, we looked around and there was not even 1 inch of fresh air the rooms were cramped there was mold and none of the utensils were clean i would not reccomend and this is the last time i even look at the motel.

Booked in only to given wrong room key card. Reception person was rude. Room was clean however bath was stained. Toilet was not stuck to floor and tipped over when getting on and off. No water pressure in shower. Looks neglected and dated. Definitely will not be back.

Had to stay the night due to a booking error. Foyer smells strongly of cigarette smoke, pool boarded over. Rooms are dirty, out dated, walls covered in dust, floor dirty, shower disgusting. Toilet ran all night, heater rattled all night. The dirtiest place we have ever stayed. No wonder it was the only place in town left with a room. Photos look nothing like the actual room.

Due to Covid our Summer plans changed a bit and we were late trying to find accomodation in Warrnambool and this was one of the few remaining options. The town itself is close to everything however the hotel is right around the corner from the main street, which is good and bad, good as you can walk anywhere but bad as it's situated right along the main road of town and big trucks drive down it at night. The hotel and the rooms is old and dated, there is no pool anymore, however the room suited the needs of two parents and two children and the beds were comfortable.

This hotel misrepresented its booking. We arrived on New Year’s Eve and after check in discovered the pool they had featured on their website and partner websites (when we booked) had been decommissioned. When we asked about dining in we were told the restaurant was being remodeled and was not open to guests. An hour later the restaurant was being set up for a private NYE party with a fully stocked bar, tables, music, etc with no sign of any remodeling. We specifically chose this place for these two amenities given mobility issues, and we were charged a higher rate than other places regardless. The staff was rude at check in and lied to us. The room was Dingy w a worn out uncomfortable mattress and no duvet cover..just a sheet wrapped around the comforter which can’t be good with Covid. It was so dusty and dirty you could see the dust caked on the ceiling fan in the bathroom and on the cabinet shelves in the “kitchenette”. Shameful all around. Don’t stay here.…

Came here for one night and the motel room was very clean, the staff were very nice and everything we needed was nearby. The beach isn’t far at all and I’ll add the water pressure in the shower was absolutely amazing!! I’d definitely come here again. Thank you for having us!

We stayed two nights in a two bedroom room. It was comfortable and clean. We had direct access to the pool and outdoor sitting area, which was handy for our stay. I wouldn’t hesitate staying here again or recommending it. Walking distance to the city centre and a short drive to the beaches. Couldn’t ask for more for the price. Thanks for having us.
