We stayed in Unit 6 (Banyan Tree). Glenda helped us get settled in after a short walk from the Train Station The unit was very well presented and a small gesture like a packet of chocolates was appreciated. The kitchen was well appointed and everything worked. The location was a convenient walk from the City centre and Flagstaff Hill was just around the corner.

Convenient to the waterfront and all the central shops and amenities. This place was very clean with great features, such as a giant smart TV screen, spa bath and balcony. Would stay again and recommend it to others.

Great place to stay if you are wanting a home away from home. The issue is only stairs if you are not able to go up stairs they have made a room downstairs so this place caters for all except wheelchairs. Great place close to the CBD and a 10 min walk to the beach and 5 mins to the Flagstaff hill precinct.

Great stay at Apartment 6 at Banyan Place, albeit short. Property is in a very convenient location to resaurants, hotels, etc. Very clean and plenty of room. Glenda was very helpful with instructions re access, parking, restaurant recommendations, etc. Looking foward to a return visit soon.

I booked to stay here and I was then contacted by Glenda who was incredibly friendly. She asked about my trip and why I was coming. I told her I had never been in that area before and she went out of her way to suggest different places to eat and things to do. I couldn’t be happier and more impressed with her professionalism and overall kindness. Will definitely stay there again if I go back.

Amazing place so to stay and close to everything Warrnambool has to offer. Was able to leave my car and walk to explore. Once back the place offered a stay that felt like home and wish it was my home. Looking forward to staying again

Glenda was wonderful!! Arrived to have some Easter eggs for myself and the kids on their beds. Offered any help throughout my 4 day stay. Modern, convenient and easy. 5 minute walk to the beach and park for the kids. Clean and comfortable, an absolutely pleasure to stay at. Would stay again. Thanks heaps Glenda, kids and I love you 🤗

We had a very relaxing stay in unit 6 Baynan St. and were made most welcome by Glenda. Rooms were clean and comfortable with all amenities. Location is very close to family friendly activities, cafe's and restaurants .

Booked here on recommendation from Trip Advisor but was sadly disappointed. The furnishings were really dated, bedding was extremely uncomfortable, no hangers in wardrobe and an eclectic collection of towels etc. in the bathroom. Also was not super clean. Was told on check-in to wash any plates and cutlery used- but only place for washing was the bathroom sink. Needles to say we did not use any of the amenities! Check-in was easy but had to ring up to get instructions. Sorry but won’t be back again.

Thanks for your review of 6a upstairs with kitchenette, we build a better business based on feedback from our guests, when you speak we listen! We have replaced hangers that just seem to vanish :) the different coloured towels are there for a really good reason - our customers suggested this as a good idea as this is our only apartment that doesn't have a washing machine, this way families know who's towel is who's. If you decide to use dishes we love you to at least soak them in the tub provided its just more hygienic for staff not to touch your food scraps and cutlery. We are sorry you did not enjoy stay, communication is always key to a happy stay.
