To whom it may concern, There are too many issues with this hotel to notate all here. Would never recommend for anyone to stay! Very poorly managed and sub standard accommodation. Forgettable location and experience.
Very tired and run down hotel, and appeared to be a structure waiting for the demolition bell. The driveway and entry to the site looked more like the entry to a Ghetto than a hotel. Not sure what the restaurant was supposed to offer, however the food was extremely over priced and poorly presented.
Horrible Run Down Hotel- Where do we start. Stayed for 2 nights as a couple. The room and Hotel was horrible and run down from the 1980’s with no maitenance done . Supplied off milk and then after going down to reception was given off milk again with no apology. And then had to return again for them to go get more from the kitchen. Door to balcony was broken and would not open or close. Curtains had blood stains. Sheets had holes in them. Bathroom was stained with mould and broken wood./tiles. The shower leaked. The toilet took 3 flushes to work. Room overlooked a car park.
This is a fantastic place to stay. Comfortable, spacious and attractively furnished. I loved the private balcony. The staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. There was so much charm and character! The gardens are beautiful. The restaurant on the premises was wonderful too. An unexpected treat.
Quiet hotel located close to st kilda and caulfield. Staff friendly and helpful. Recommended for families with young kids. didnt have breakfast due to covid restrictions, but many functions were held at the restaurant which is owned separate to the hotel.
