I travel a lot and Siesta Central Apartments certainly delivered.
Located centrally in Sale but without the street noise, we had Room 7 tucked into the corner. Beautifully clean and spacious. All amenities provided - fridge, dishwasher, front loading washing machine, stove top and oven. No microwave but perhaps I missed that.
Comfortable bed and tv viewable from the bed. Shower was better than my own home - big square shower head and the pump bath was deliciously fragrant.
Parking out the front good.
Check in easy and the staff were so helpful via phone or email. Nothing was too much trouble.
Big thumbs up to a rural business who is offering better than many inner Melbourne establishments.
Will book again.

Spacious, well presented and kitchen equipped apartment.
You’ll find the microwave hiding behind a cupboard door 😀!
Unusual and creative interior design with inspiration drawn from rural setting.
Welcome on arrival and our room had been pre warmed for our arrival.
Very enjoyable stay.

Needed a last minute place to stay and found a room here. Compact room but had everything you need including a desk for a bit of work and the bed was comfortable. Walk to everything in town for food and entertainment from this location.

Very disappointed in this accomodation. It was billed as a refurbished “apartment” but it is no more than a motel room with a large bathroom. There is no table, one armchair and 1 folding chair hanging on the wall. There’s crockery etc in a cupboard but no actual kitchen area to prepare food and the kettle can’t even be filled in the basin it is so small. The TV is on a wall not facing the bed! As a positive, room was clean although one of the mugs was still dirty, the bed was comfy and the bathroom is huge. There is quite a lot of traffic noise from the highway. We were charged $5 more than we were quoted. There is no one at reception, the check in is contactless over the phone.

Wow for the price they charge per night I did expect a little more!

Marks on the bedding, broken mirror, dust everywhere, marks all over the walls and the shower well a bit of elbow grease in there would go a long way!

One person gave a check out of one time and another gave another time!

They send an sms for contactless check in awesome well after completing is and driving 3 hours and still hadn’t completed my check in, well what’s the point of the sms then?

Great service and the renovated rooms have a contemporary ambience to what was a dime a dozen roadside country motel. The service on check in was very good and went the extra mile to ensure our comfort. The room contained a kitchenette and laundry facilities. The TV was WiFi enabled and had Netflix on offer. The bed (no electric blankets) was comfortable and the bathroom nicely appointed. Parking was at the front of the room. Shops and restaurants an easy walk. Yes, there is road noise - not unbearable but noticeable. This is a good value option - you could spend more for a room in Sale but it won't necessarily be better.

Hi,
I stayed a few days in room 13 which was fairly quiet and the bed was comfortable and the room well equipped. The room had a kitchen - oven, fridge, microwave, dishwasher etc and also washing machine and drier. The hotel is easy walking distance to town, the only downside is that some rooms may be noisy - but call and ask Tom as he gives a realistic opinion to help in your decisions.. The room was clean and tidy and Tom was very helpful in sorting things out. It is a small family business and they offer good service!

Some money has been poured in to a typical 1950's motel to make it contemporary, but not a lot of money. Timber slats have been placed in the bottom of the shower in lieu of re-tiling. When water hits the timber there is an overwhelming smell of ammonia. I worry about hygiene with this system. The walls have been lined with roofing iron as a 'decorator' touch. Rooms aren't serviced daily - they come in and pull up the doona, empty the bin and hang your towel back up.
BUT it's cheap and pretty clean and they offer Netflix.
Oh and a warning: the beds are on wheels and the floor is laminate wood so don't just flop down on the bed cause it moves really easily.

We had a lovely receptionist checked us in. She was so nice and explained what’s available in the area, even offered us a later check out if required. This is what service is about, when the hotel / motel / serviced apartment isn’t busy, a complimentary service as late check out should be offered. We absolutely loved the shower head (rain maker model), couldn’t fault anything facility wise. The only missed opportunity is the cleanliness, we found a used tissue before the bed as well as noticing un-vacuum area underneath the bed.

We drove from Orange, NSW to pick up our puppy from Sale. From the first interaction with Flo via email, to the moment we left our stay was perfect. We were welcomed by a kind and informative man on reception. The rooms were perfectly clean with everything you need for an over night stay. Bed was comfortable and location was great. Would definitely recommend and stay again
