The management of this park certainly did not waste the shutdowns caused by covid 19. They have added more facilities to their park and substantially improved what was there before. It really is family friendly with a games room, pool and heated(!) splash park alongside a tidy little playground for the children, and is quiet at night despite being located on a busy highway. what is really great though is that alongside all of the improvements they have made, they've remained loyal to the travelling contingent - pushing on 50% now - who travel with their pets. Many of the more pretentious parks have no such wisdom in allowing pets to stay with their owners. While not a cheap park to stay in, it is likewise far from the most expensive, and given the comprehensive combination of facilities, location, pet friendliness, cheerful and helpful staff (especially the receptionists we met upon our arrival, but all staff went out of their way to be friendly and helpful) and refreshingly clean and fresh amenities and facilities, I cannot imagine staying at any other park when passing through Mildura!

We stumbled on All Seasons last year after hiring a motor home. As we left we booked in a 10 day cabin holiday for 2023

The staff were exceptional. Whenever we needed anything it got fixed immediately. That included a staff member trimming a tree when my dons basketball was hitting it on his long shots.

The pools are kept in great condition and the design of the park makes it safe for kids.

Only a 5 minute walk to a local shopping centre and it has everything you need.

Mildura is a foodie paradise and we are out at sown amazing restaurants while we were there.

An awesome trip!

Super family friendly park. Walking distance to a large shopping centre and heaps of other shopping choices in the area.
We found the park very quiet, clean and the staff very friendly.
We stayed for 8 nights using an ensuite sight and we are very pleased with our experience.

Reservation here was difficult as we were travelling and I wanted to book an ‘ ensuite ‘ site for one night. I was greeted with there is a two night minimum booking.
So I begrudgingly took a normal camp site
( without private facilities ) for one night having been told it wasn’t worth their while to let an ensuite site out for less than two nights because of cleaning costs.
The ensuite sites next to our site remained vacant. We put up with a traveler behind us who chain smoked and spoke on her phone to past 10 pm when the locals started their drag races up and down the road out front.
I am glad we didn’t book two nights as the racket only stopped briefly at 2.00 am
Top that of with dangerous hws showers and grumpy staff, I am wondering why I joined the G’day organisation
I won’t bother them again

I'm really sorry to hear about your experience at our park. It sounds like it wasn't the relaxing getaway you were hoping for. We completely understand your frustration with the two-night minimum stay policy on ensuite sites (this is very common in parks now) and the inconvenience of not being able to book the ensuite site for just one night. Regarding the noise disturbances and other inconveniences you encountered during your stay, please know that your feedback is incredibly valuable to us. If you ever find yourself in a similar situation in the future, don't hesitate to reach out to us directly, even after hours. We have protocols in place to address such issues, including involving the local authorities if necessary. We're continuously working to improve our facilities and services, and your feedback will certainly be taken into consideration. We genuinely appreciate your support and hope that despite this experience, you'll consider giving us another chance in the future. If you have any further concerns or feedback, please feel free to contact us directly anytime

Stayed in a cabin the kids were walking around with no shoes for 5 minutes and had black feet the fabric lounge was filthy needs a clean same as the dining chairs. No light in the toilet no light in rangehood reported it nothing happened and they were not busy we’re going to replace them the morning we were leaving. Would not rush back. And when I complained about the globes not being replaced the receptionist was rude. And when I made the comment to the male outside he tells me it was his wife. Not sure what that has to do with business. They need to get cleaners in to clean everything the sheets were that worn they were very thin.
Wouldn’t recommend a cabin.

We stayed in one of the Aqua Rise apartments. Family of 4 including 8 year old and 9 month old. Cabins were clean and modern however the rooms were small in comparison to what the photos on the web looked.
We stayed 4 nights and were only supplied with one little soap and one shampoo/condition tiny bottle,
We stayed during the quieter winter and had 3 nights with no neighbours and on the last night the cabin next to us was occupied. Thankfully it was only the one night as the noise from people walking around was so loud and made it very hard to get to sleep and would wake the baby multiple times.
Having a car park underneath the cabin was great but being up on the ride apartment you can feel the movement in the cabin regularly. Especially when the cabins next door are occupied.
The facilities were good and plenty for the kids to do however in the summer and busy periods it would be very cramped as the pool and splash park are again smaller then they look on the website.

Thanks for choosing to stay in one our popular Aqua Rise Villas with your family. We appreciate your feedback as it provides us with an opportunity to improve even further as well as to respond. As per most caravan/holiday parks, which is not a serviced apartment complex, we supply a complimentary starter pack of kitchen supplies and toiletries. We are sorry you felt the Villa wasn’t right for you, perhaps one of our Three Bedroom Two Bathroom Cabins may be more suitable next time you’re staying here. With regards to summer and holiday periods, the vibe in our park is fantastic and filled happy families enjoying our facilities and the sunny weather Mildura is well known for. Thanks again for your feedback and we do hope to see you back here again one day.

A well-maintained facility, however, it is very tightly packed with cabins and van sites, very narrow roads and children on bikes etc making it very difficult to manoeuvre cars and vans in and out of parking areas. Amenities blocks outdated but saw a sign saying they are being rebuilt. Good to see wi-fi was free and secure but its capacity was limited and I was unable to use on devices even late in evening or very early morning.

We stayed at one of the new Aqua Rise villas, and was very pleased we did. We have 2 small children and a baby, so having a spacious area is greatly appreciated, plus the cot and high chair takes up even more space. The kids enjoyed having their own room and bunk beds and even having a TV in their room not that they used it. I loved how the villa overlooks the splash park and being up high with the balcony, you can see some great sunrises.

Of course splash park was a hit, the shallow end of the pool and kids also enjoyed the jumping pillow and playground. The pump track is pretty slippery to use when wet so hopefully my son gets a chance to use it tomorrow morning before we head off.

Just some minor feedback

I didn't realise that the villas were right opposite the main road, so although it didn't affect my husband and the kids but I'm a very light sleeper so I could hear the traffic and noise from neighbours

Wished there was a lamp or something in the loungeroom as kids didn't like being in the dark. Baby was in cot in lounge so we couldn't put the lights on. We ended up leaving the bathroom light on as it was just enough light for the kids but not too bright for baby either. (Otherwise for young kids bring a night light). Staff were friendly, they kind of just give you a map and keys and leave you to it. We've been to lots of other similar parks where the staff member will talk you through the map and facilities and recommendations on where to go and where to eat and if you need help booking tours etc. Not that I was upset or anything, it was just that I'm used to someone going through everything that the park and the area has to offer, especially as we live 6 hours away and don't know the area at all 😆

The staff in this park reminded of the prison wards from the Wentworth tv series.
No happy or helpful faces anywhere to be seen. It did not matter to the manager if I tried to escalate a complaint due to the lack of caring from the reception staff.
The manager was just as rude and not wanting to even hear complaints let alone offer to resolve any issues.

Booking accommodation with this park definately does NOT get you what you have paid for. I highly advise tourists to stear clear of this poorly run 'holiday' park.

Our goal is for everyone to have a pleasant stay therefore we are saddened and shocked by your comments. It’s not reflective of the high standard we set for ourselves. We have not taken this lightly and has been addressed with the entire team. There is more to this story, however, we will take your feedback on board to reflect upon. Thanks again and we wish you the best in finding more suitable accommodation to suit your needs in the future.

Cabins are poor value for money. Don’t go during holidays or long weekends - prices increased excessively and not dog friendly. Bathroom had not been cleaned at all and there was.a pile of dirt in lounge, racked tiles in bathroom and very worn lounge suite.

Hi spikemm2015, we are sorry that your allocated cabin was accidently released to sale prior to it being completely cleaned as it had some maintenance done prior to your arrival, once again we apologise and note that our staff went over within 15 minutes of being notified of the issue, to clean the bathroom and floors. Our prices do indeed go up during our peak periods, eg Queens/Kings birthday and school holidays as it is industry standard among accommodation providers, and during this time we do not allow pets on sites during these busy times, and only allow pets on selected sites and not in our cabins. We happily welcome pets outside our peak periods, and often run specials during these off-peak seasons. We do hope that you are able to stay with us again, and maybe choose a time when you are able to bring your fur baby with you.
