Very disappointed. Not clean at all and the "breakfast" was bread a banana and a jug of milk even though the website boasts an extensive menu. Couldn't stay in the room in the end and ended up leaving.

Located within a 5 min drive near the town of Lakes Entrance. Was greeted by very staff/hostess. Very warm and inviting place to stay. Is very clean and homely. Guests should realise they are staying in a beachside, country town, right near the ocean. Expect country hospitality, excellent ocean views, bird life. The hosts are very eager to please, nothing... Such a shame, the views from our room were stunning and this should have been a lovely place to stay, a small self-contained chalet overlooking the sea. However, the room was tired and quite grubby - with dust and cobwebs and the bath and sink were not cleaned properly. Breakfast was very disappointing - the menu stated warmed scones -... More

When we arrived, no one was around so we called the number of the host Lynne that was written on the door. She was out shopping but called back within a short time. We got a room with a separate entrance, which was convenient to come back home at night without disturbing the host family. Our room was very romantically... More

The house is a nice wooden interior giving it a nice comfy cozy feeling. The continental breakfast early in the morning was really good. Lynne was a good host. She even gave us a couple of ideas of things to do around with a map which came in handy. We stayed at the pent house. The place was nice and... More

Insufficient heating in the room. No view from room. For a B & B breakfast you given a few pieces of bread to toast and some cereal to prepare yourself. Room was very noisy. We had the bottom floor room and you could here the people walking and talking above.

My husband and I arrived quite late and were extremely tired. We were met by Lynne and shown to our room. What a wonderful surprise...so beautifully presented. So much history in this room. We enjoyed a very comfortable night's sleep and awoke to a terrific surprise. The view of the ocean was gorgeous. The delicious continental breakfast was eaten on... More

This was the last stop on our holiday and we truely did save the best for last. Lynne is a beautiful lady. Both my wife and I instantly felt welcomed, cared for and valued. Our room was cosy and warm. It felt loved, and we loved having our own spa bath big enough to share. The house is amazing, open... More
