The Coastal Waters Motor Inn is located on the Esplanade overlooking the Cunninghame Arm waterfront in Lakes Entrance complete with a beautiful tropical garden bbq area and a solar heated pool. We are a 10 minute stroll to the centre of town where you will find great restaurants, pubs, clubs and coffee shops and only a 5 minute walk to the footbridge which gives you access to the pristine 90 Mile Beach which is patrolled during main holiday periods. Lakes Entrance is the perfect place for fishing and boating within the lake system. Our motel offers spacious and affordable accommodation ranging in standard and superior rooms with either a queen or king bed. We are the new owners of the motel and live on site, so we are always here to accommodate your needs or requests to make your stayan enjoyable one

The moment I opened the door to the room I knew I made the right decision to stay here. Room is spacious, very clean, nicely done.. you immediately knew the owner has painstakingly ensure that guests will be well taken care of. Location is perfect, restaurants and Aldi/Woolworth 5 minutes drive away. My only regret is that we only stayed here for a night because we still have a long way to go.. (Sydney bound)

So clean and comfortable, made to feel so welcome, roomy, pleasant surrounds. Everything supplied, bathroom a dream, shower so good. Even coffee maker supplied. Pool looks great, too cold while we were there but so lovely to sit by, gardens small but beautiful.

We booked direct to this motel which gave us a little saving. We had stayed here in 2019 and wow it’s had a facelift. The room was clean and inviting. The owner was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely recommend this accommodation.

This lovely motel has everything you need. Had tea, toaster, a face washer and my favourite a top sheet. Plenty of parking and rooms were spacious. Is great for a short stop over but has facilities that would allow longer stays.

This was a lost minute decision to go to Lakes on a long weekend. After seeing all the good reviews on this motel we certainly weren’t disappointed. What a lovely little motel. The rooms are well appointed and recently renovated. But best of all was the hospitality we received from Michael and Tracey. Nothing was a problem. It was a cool spring day and when we returned back to the motel, Michael popped his head out and told us he put the heater on in our room. It’s the little things that make the difference. Will definitely stay there again when we return to Lakes Entrance.

After experiencing this motel - we would have no reason to go to any other motel at this town. It was lovely - the room (room 14) was huge - as was the bathroom - and the bed was nice. Furnishings were very nice and the service from our host was top class as well.

Stayed here on our trip around Victoria. Wonderful hosts Michael and Tracy were very welcoming and helpful. Our room was quite large and had a lovely beach feel. Very comfortable bed , good hot shower, microwave and good sized breakfast table. The huge bonus was 2 leather recliners in which to sit and watch television. Just what we needed to relax after many hours driving. Would stay here again when in the area.

We spent 4 night here the atmosphere was calming and charming the gardens were just beautiful the room was spacious and sparkling clean a very relaxing place I can't recommend it enough thank you for giving us a great place to celebrate out 30th wedding anniversary

Spent just one night there but would have been happy to spend many more. The room we had was spacious, well appointed with very comfortable queen and single beds. The decor was bright and cheerful with a predominately sea theme. It looked to have been done by an interior designer. The air con worked well so the room was warm and cosy, the tv was giant size (good viewing) but seemed to only have the FTA channels. Wifi was strong and fast. The bathroom was very large and well appointed and the whole unit was clean (no mould) and smelt very fresh. There was a small sink in the main room and a good size bar fridge. Unfortunately there was no ice tray so couldn't have ice in our pre dinner drinks! We were served by a very pleasant and cheerful lady (the proprietress I guess) who helpfully supplied us with a shower chair and advised us on local restaurants. There was a room service breakfast and we chose the continental. The yoghurt and fruit was particularly pleasant. It would have been nice to have a choice of bread (we much prefer wholegrain) and cereals but otherwise it was more than adequate. The whole stay was very pleasant.…
