Perfect accommodation as a couple for our 4 night stay right in the heart of Lakes Entrance. Excellent location with everything close by: footbridge to the beach and walking tracks right across the road also cafes, shops and cinema close by. Local indoor pool is available to Beachcomber guests. We found the 1 bedroom unit spotless, comfortable and quiet with thoughtful hosts and staff who focus on attention to detail. We recently stayed at the Beachcomber Holiday Units and were so impressed. The unit we stayed in had been recently renovated and the furniture, appliances, linen and toiletries were all high quality. The unit was very spacious, the beds were very comfortable and there was a large frig/freezer and washing machine and access to an outdoor clothesline. The units are perfectly located across the road from the beach and 5 mins walk from the main shops. There is also a back gate which allows a one minute walk to good takeaway cafes etc. There is also an under cover barbecue and kitchen, with grassed area and simple play equipment for young children. The Managers are very friendly and obliging so what’s not to love about this accommodation.

This property is ideally situated in the heart of Lakes, meticulously neat and well presented. The unit was newly renovated, with comfy beds and a lovely warm shower. The kids loved the swing set. Thanks to the lovely proprietors who followed up on our question of whether the Albert & Co cafe was open on Sunday, and we had a delicious brunch there. We also explored the East Gippsland Rail Trail, Marlo and Orbost. Thanks again, we’d love to come back!

We stayed a couple of nights in the one bedroom unit 2. Warmly welcomed and advised of all the amenities onsite and nearby, with helpful recommendations for dining and sightseeing. The spotless unit had everything you could need supplied, even it's own washing machine. The grounds are as well maintained as the units, with Rebecca and Marty's thoughtfulness for their guests obvious. We viewed a multiple bed roomed unit out of interest that had been recently reconfigured and thought it great for a family holiday. With the walkway over to the main beach opposite and being mostly within walking distance of everything in town this is an ideal place to spend a night or for an extended holiday.

We spent 5 nights at Beachcomber and really enjoyed it. We received a very friendly welcome on our arrival from Rebecca and Marty and our unit was spotless and well laid out. The location is perfect - just across the road to the footbridge that takes you to 90 mile beach and the esplanade is literally at your doorstep with all its eateries. You can park your car and forget it! Marty was also very helpful offering fishing advice and supplying kayaks for the kids to use on the lake across the road. Although the unit was not serviced during our stay, clean towels and any extra linen we needed we offered. Highly recommend - we will be back.

We had a wonderful and relaxing time at Beachcombers, Lakes Entrance. Rebecca and Marty are friendly and welcoming hosts and our modern, spacious unit had everything we needed including a washing machine, washing powder and a nicely equipped kitchen. Beachcombers is in a very central location, close to shops, the footbridge to Main Beach, and the parks and jettys along the Esplanade. Beachcomber’s is the perfect base to explore this beautiful region.

From the moment I opened the door… WOW!!! What a magnificently presented Unit – every room spotlessly clean – as clean as you’ll EVER see. Apart from this essential, Beachcomber Holiday Units is also superbly appointed. From a very comfortable bed to the furniture, every appliance, cutlery, toiletries, etc you require – the attention to detail is quite extraordinary - NOTHING has been left to chance. Together with its convenient location to the beach, town centre and public transport, your friendly hosts’ superb accommodation comes highly recommended.

We recently stayed at the property for 8 nights, we can’t express enough how great our experience is with the place and with the two hard working lovely people. On our arrival, Rebecca gave us a very detailed but clear introduction about the area and their property. After a long travel, she made us feel warm welcome and she also assured us we could get in touch with them at any time just through a touch of the phone. The unit we stayed is very clean, fresh, comfortable and well layout, they have thought of almost everything, even provide guests with laundry powder for the wash machine! Marty impressed us by his warm approaches to his guests, his endless effort to make the whole property spotless and pleasant. We can see Rebecca and Marty have surely put their heart and soul into their business, they do deserve a hearty appraisal. We will come back for our next holiday!

This apartment is almost new and the owners have provided verything and situation a traveller could require. Our first impresion was, everything is so clean. There were 2 double beds with electric blankets and a single bed so a family of 5 could sleep comfortably. Each apartment is isituated far from the street so road doise is not an issue. There is reverse cycle air conditioning, excellent black out curtains, roller blinds that are designed not flap, micrwave oven, cooktop, excellent hot showers and every detail that you woud have in your own home. There is a dining room with a table for 4, television, kithenette and coffee or tea maker We found this to be the best all round accommodation we have stayed in and it is not expensive.

Our 1 bedroom apartment had a bathroom with a great walk in shower and lounge as well as kitchen and bedroom. It is located just oposite the walk bridge that takes you to the beach and close to shops. There was a very good list of local attractions and places to eat in the room and we got an excellent run down from Rebecca when we arrived. Marty was very helpful with tips the next day. The free access to the local pool and fitness centre would have been useful if we had stayed longer. A great place to stay.
