We had originally booked to say last August but due to lockdown, our trip was cut short. We were very kindly given a credit note and we returned over Easter. We travelled with our dog and stayed in Cabin 2. The cabin is fully equipped with everything you need. The park itself is so clean and tidy. It has the usual ammenities plus a dog wash and an of leash area right beside the pool. We loved that it had doggy day care so we could do a lake cruise to the winery. Cleo was perfectly happy when we collected her (apparently she slept the whole time!) You're within a short walk to the town itself and the beach. As for Sandi, Daryl and Pam - you really couldn't meet nicer people. The park is pet friendly all year round so no exclusions during peak periods and as an added bonus (in my opinion) it's going child free!

We were delighted to mind Cleo, she is one of the most well trained dogs we have had the pleasure to meet. Your holiday was a long distance from home so we are happy to read that you enjoyed your stay with us. Thank you for mentioning our new child free policy, from May 1st 2022 we are no longer offering sites or accommodation to Guests under the age of 18 years. We anticipate that this will be appreciated by Guests wanting to relax by the pool and joining in on the evenings where we offer musical entertainment and happy hours by the fire pit. Your review is very kind and we appreciate the donation of your time to post it, so thank you again and we hope to see you back for another visit with the lovely Cleo.

All round amazing. This is the first time we have stayed in this park and definitely won’t be the last. Away from the hustle and bustle of the Main Street but close enough to walk to everything. The amenities are clean and tidy and the showers oh my better than ours at home (with lots of hooks as a added bonus) The owners Sandy and Darryl provide fantastic facilities for our furry friends ( off leash area, dog wash and puppy day care) even providing puppy day care on Easter Sunday. They are also friendly and happy to do what they can to help. Thank you for a fabulous break and we can’t wait to return.

Thank you Kell, we always try to think of things that we liked about other Parks we had stayed in, and having lots of hooks and dry space to get dressed after a shower was high on our list. There never seems to be enough hooks to cater for both the clothes you will dress into as well as what you wore before the shower, so we wanted to remedy that at Prime. We are delighted to see that you have booked to come back again, and that says more than words how much you enjoyed your Easter Break. We can't wait to welcome you back again and watch Luna get excited for another holiday.

We appreciate your description for Prime and thank you for sharing it for others to see. This summer has been decidedly cooler than average and the increased amount of rain has also contributed to all outside pools being more chilly than usual. Ours is no exception, although we are currently researching the possibility of some heating being installed so thank you again for your feedback.

Good price, good location, cabin very neat and tidy, very cosy and comfortable accommodation. Pretty much everything thing supplied for you. Easy walk to shops and cafes 5min max. Only down side. The entrance to the park looks inviting but once in it looks really old. They need to modern it up a bit. Get rid of the permanent sites, build some more of the lovely cabins and plant some trees and flowers around the park.

We absolutely agree 100% with your suggestions, and once we are back on our feet after Bushfire & Covid losses, we have plans to do so. The Annual Holiday Sites (No Permanents) are all being removed from the Park by the end of this financial year and we are raising 2 Glamping Tents and adding some fenced sites before next summer. Thank you for your feedback and suggestions, we look forward to your next visit.

We stayed in a cottage for 7 nights with our two dogs and found it to be enjoyable. Sandi and Pam are very welcoming and up for a chat. The accommodation was very clean and has had recent bathroom renovation. There was lots of small touches including toiletries. Enjoyed sitting out on the front verandah on a comfy setting. The park is close to the shops and beach. This was our 3rd visit and have noticed the improvements around the park. Our boys loved the slides in the leash free area. We will be back again. Highly recommended!

Thank you Samantha for the lovely recommendation. Also thank you for the tip to leave a vacuum cleaner for quick tidy ups, especially with dogs that shed large amounts of hair. Happy to hear that the relocated day beds are a comfortable addition to the cottage decks, and you noticed the little touches that have made our accommodations closer to an AirBnB than the usual self contained offerings in Caravan Parks. We look forward to your next visit with Cody & Teddy.
