Prime is our name and also describes our mission. We offer an Adult Only alternative that provides a different kind of friendly, relaxed holiday. Our small Park is in an excellent location to experience everything that beautiful Lakes Entrance has to offer, including the glorious 90 Mile Beach. Many of our Guests keep coming back because of the quality of their stay with us, and our reputation for friendly, clean, and affordable accommodation is growing quickly. Our family includes 2 dogs, and we understand the bond that exists between pet and owner. For this reason, we invite you to bring your pooches to Lakes and create some happy holiday memories together, in our pet-friendly accommodation options. As long as you like dogs, we will ensure you feel welcome and able to enjoy your stay on a Powered Site, even without a pooch of your own.

Fabulous friendly hosts. Very clean amenities. Quiet location. Nice pool to cool off after a big day. Walk to town and restaurants, cafes, shops. Pet friendly and all were very well behaved. Good sized powered sites. Had 3 nights could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this park ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is a great caravan park, I highly recommend. With its doggie fenced play area and very friendly and helpful owners you couldn’t ask for more. Our two dogs loved every minute of their 4 day stay. The park is quiet and in walking distance to the Main Street and abundant cafes. If you are a musician, you might also like your join in an impromptu afternoon jam session. I love how the owners have created a different experience than other parks. Adults only and totally pet friendly, with doggie day care options too, there is no other place I would go and can’t wait to go back again!

Friendly owners. Quiet, well kept caravan park. Close to town. Very pet-friendly. Amenities are the best we've found at any caravan park. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for accommodation in Lakes Entrance.

It is great to read that the Melbourne Cup Long Weekend live music was enjoyed by our guests. Of course it was Murphy's Law that we had an issue with the hot water in the amenities, things often go south when the Park is full! Thankfully everyone understood that we were doing our utmost to rectify the situation, and it did not dampen the vibe of the occasion. We booked an ensuite powered site initially for two nights but extended it to three. A caravan had been converted into two ensuites of which we used one. It was immaculate, spacious and well stocked with toilet paper, hand wash, cleaning products and a bath mat. Water pressure and heat were excellent. The caravan park itself is a little dated but has everything you need including a laundry, BBQ and camp kitchen. It is a short walk to a supermarket and the Esplanade. The staff/management were friendly and helpful. We found it comfortable, peaceful and relaxing.

Booking in was very simple and Sandi & Daryl were extremely helpful. Daryl took me to our accommodation on arrival and explained where everything was and how all the electrical components worked. He also advised that if there was any questions to please come and ask. It is a well maintained park and the staff are extremely friendly and will have a chat with you. The location of the park is excellent as it is very close to the main street in Lakes Entrance and there is a supermarket close by. I would recommend the park to anyone going to lakes and especially as it caters for pets. I would certainly consider going there again.

We were greeted by a very nice young lady who walked us to our luxury cabin. This we discovered happens no matter what your accommodation is. Although a bit small the cabin has loads of features. Eg recliners, torch by the front door, a large Tv, umbrella, condiments and lots of other things to make your stay comfortable. We stayed a week and could easily have stayed longer. Rya our Mini Labradoodle enjoyed watching the world go by on the enclosed deck. We were a bit concerned as it was her first trip away but we needn’t have been she loved it. Short walk to town. Great friendly staff happy to have a chat. Its the little things that set this park apart from the others.

Welcoming friendly staff. I stayed in one of the cabins. It’s on the smaller side but very cosy and does the job. Accomodation was spotless and had all main essentials. My dog loves sitting at the door or on the veranda watching the world go by. Location is great, would highly recommend

The Pet Friendly Deluxe Cabin was very clean, well equipped, giving you the option of preparing meals or eating out. As it was located a short stroll from the water front shops, local supermarket, cafes and restaurants we tended to eat out more than eat in the cabin. The accommodation was the perfect size for 2 adults and our dog. It was also only a 10 minute walk across the walkway bridge to the beach. We caught up with friends in both Orbost and Bairnsdale both only 45 mins drive away. We spent 8 nights here and really enjoyed our stay. We will be back again in the future.
