Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

hostess was rude, got to the room and the bench was dirty, climbed into bed and the sheets were stained with what looked like blood. My child wanted to go swimming and the pool was locked up and reception was closed. Could not connect to the internet. Workers were not interested in listening to my complaints so I left a note. did not even hear from them in response

I don’t know why a lot of people say that the rooms are clean because the carpet in our room was filthy. The freezer hadn’t been defrosted for a year, a light globe was out, the sofa was old and uncomfortable, and when something in the bathroom breaks, the remnants are left on the wall instead of removed. The manager needs to check the rooms himself before letting guests stay in them. $150 was way too much money for the room we stayed in.

190 per night is too much for a standard motel. Room ok, beds not too comfortable, dated interior, poor check in experience due to unwelcoming staff, not good, not bad, just not a place I’d recommend jjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjjj

Very clean and very friendly but very outdated decor. The bed was so uncomfortable it was impossible to sleep. Very overpriced I would never stay again the most important thing in a motel is the bed and these were so old and outdated it was ridiculous.

This was the best place ever, great room, and a bonus was the very hot shower with great water pressure. Be stopping there again. The staff friendly and helpful and the breakfast was lovely and hot. The location, while on Main Street was nice and quiet could not hear any road noise at all. Can’t say enough good stuff about this place. Good job guys

Stayed here for a few nights, room was very clean, spacious but with an 70's deco. A lot of construction workers staying here and they tended to smoke a lot at the tables literally just outside the room doors so the smell wafted in all the time. It even seemed to ooze through the fan in the bathroom when I turned it on. The breakfast door doesn't have a seal around it, so if you have people smoking outside/near your room you will smell it! Otherwise the workers were pretty good, but they did have music and a bit of a gathering outside one room on their final night with music until 10pm. They were all put in the back end of the motel, seemed those higher numbered rooms had business related patrons in them. Staff here are very nice to deal with. Breakfast order was missing part orders on two mornings, and don't waste $4 on the coffee, as it is a weak plunger brew and extremely overpriced. Breakfast was very pricey at $4 for a small pack of cereal or per juice or per yoghurt or some fruit... with $4 being the magical price for nearly every separate piece. Bacon, eggs and sausage at $12 I found to be the best deal and just buy your own juice and yoghurt from a local supermarket, which were only 4-5mins drive away. Even though situated on the main road through Horsham the room I was in I experienced little road noise. A room per night was $170 which is getting right up there with city hotels that offer more services. Did not try the pool as time for closing at night was removed and was always with no lights on in the early evening and I couldn't be bothered asking, plus you couldn't use a room towel you had to get one from reception. Vic Hotel next door does charge back to your room, which is handy and they offer decent meals & a bottle shop.

Folks, there's a park across the road. I can assure you that the park benches are more comfortable than the beds. The owners are incredibly rude & standoffish & the rooms are old & tired. DO NOT STAY HERE
