Stayed one night - family of four. My wife commented on traffic noise from the road outside but apart from this I cannot fault this place at all. Our room was spotlessly clean, the shower was pristine, the beds were comfortable. Really happy. I particularly liked the really wide car parking spaces - plenty of room to sort out your stuff at the car before carrying on the journey.

This hotel is well located near to the shopping centre of Horsham but in a quieter street. The receptionist was cheerful and helpful. The room was clean and comfortable and suited our one night stopover very well. There was no restaurant but you could order room service breakfast. We thought the cooked dishes we ordered for breakfast were a cut above the usual motel fare. They arrived hot, presented attractively and accompanied by good coffee. I had the pancakes and my husband, eggs, bacon and toast. We also shared an unusual but delicious dish of house-made savoury scones fried in butter. I would go back to this motel just for those scones!

We travelled the roads between Adelaide and Melbourne this Summer and stayed overnight at a few motels and hotels. This was the best of all. The room was spacious very well lit with excellent placement of lights. Quiet efficient air conditioner, large comfortable bed functioning block out blinds and a appropriately sized large screen TV. The most important was Liz’s welcome. True hospitality. We were also impressed by their attention to environmental issues by only providing small. Bottled shampoo etc upon request. We will return here.

A couple of friends travelling together: We booked the executive suite as a treat as it had separate bedrooms, but shouldn't have bothered paying the extra for our needs as it was no more comfortable than a normal twin room and cost a lot more. There was a main room with a queen bed, a bench and lots of chairs, a mini kitchen with microwave and crockery and cutlery but no sink or washing up provisions, no couch or place to relax. The second room was set up for children with three single beds. The bathroom was lovely - recently renovated, although the plumber didn't think when installing the sink so awkward to use that. Extra $20 fee for the spa bath, so we didn't bother using it.
I understand that the hotel does not currently offer a daily service due to covid. We would have been OK with it, but we were not told at booking or at check in, and no instructions were provided about how to get clean towels, crockery etc until we asked after we realised no-one had been in our room the first day. Even then it was difficult to get what we needed: we had to leave dirty things out on the doorstep and staff placed clean ones in through an old fashioned breakfast hatch. Seems to me it was not properly thought through.

Great location and friendly staff. I would stay again but without the upgrade and recommend others check details about cleaning and service arrangements if staying more than one night.

We arrived late and couldn’t have asked for a easier, friendly and straightforward welcome. Rooms are large, high quality and with all the amenities you need for a short stay- microwave/ complimentary toiletries and good quality bedding. Can’t recommend this place highly enough. Well located for town. Thank you to the owners/ staff for a great stay.

It is easy to see the pride the managers/owners take in this property...friendly staff interaction at reception, well presented rooms, nicely maintained public areas and lots of personal touches with special decor items found around the place.
The rooms were spacious (as is expected in older properties) although the bathrooms were much more "cosy" and definitely lacking a little in space to spread out...with a good sized, well-appointed kitchenette, comfortable beds and a HUGE television that was a big thumbs-up from hubby! Everything was spotlessly clean and the little origami flowers decorating the towels on the bed was a sweet touch!
The guest laundry was also well equipped, clearly signed and well maintained...we came prepared with coins but they were available to exchange at reception.
Another thing to note was that this was the only motel that we stayed in over an almost two week road trip, that actually serviced the room during multiple night stays - not that we usually require more than rubbish taken & fresh towels, but it seems to be something that motels are choosing to do more and more, but not offering it as an option or with any tariff reduction.
The property is very well positioned with lots of dining options close enough to walk to after a long day of driving.

We stayed here for one night to break the drive and we were very happy.

The room is a good size and very nicely renovated with a very large bathroom that looks almost new. All the fittings are good quality and everything works well.

Bed and pillows are very comfortable. The location is also excellent right near the centre of town but on a quiet street.

At $140 a night its a little pricey but definitely good value. Would definitely recommend.

From the friendly check in process (including a lovely fur baby) to the layout/size of the room this was a great place to stay. The bathrooms have high environmental credentials - rather than all tiny disposable amenities they have wall mounted natural soaps etc which I love.
The bedroom has a HUGE tv & the heating worked well.
Great location for walking everywhere in the centre of town too.

Spent 2 nights in this motel, initially thought it may be noisy due the location right on a main road but we were pleasantly surprised with the quietness. The lady at reception was extremely friendly, helpful and polite. The room was very clean, even supplied wipes for the remote control. It was good to see that the owners are very Covid aware and try to make your stay as safe as possible,

Lovely clean room and quite a good size. TV was enormous for a motel room and there was plenty of seating to be able to sit and watch it without having to sit on the bed! We particularly wanted a king bed and our room then came with a corner spa - we felt the spa was way too small ( could barely fit one person let alone two). Admittedly we wanted a King size bed, but we felt the price was a bit too expensive for the room. Otherwise a lovely motel and in a great location.
