Cheap motel which appears to have had some limited renovation. Tiny room with queen size bed and a single. No wardrobe or hanging space. Bathroom recently updated with all new fittings and tiles on floor and walls. Tiled floor throughout the unit , cold under foot. Tea and coffee facilities, no milk or cutlery. Toaster, new fridge, electric column heater. Ancient air conditioner. Desk area, two chairs, tiny bedside tables. No breakfast service. TV limited channels, picture breaks up occasionally. No wifi. Spotlessly clean. Clean linen on bed which is comfortable and cosy. Good water pressure and temperature in shower. Clean towels but rather thin. Ok for a casual overnight stay only.

Glorified brothel...two units have working ladies living there and the noise goes on until close to midnight. No WIFI, TV doesn't work - keeps dropping out, milk and cutlery not provided for coffee. Curtains are filthy and torn and the beds don't appear to have been cleaned or changed. Airconditioner looks like it was reclaimed from the tip. I had to wait 45 minutes for the manager/owner to even show up when attempting to book in. This place should be de-listed from any reputable booking site...at the very least, go and inspect it !!!

We stayed 3 nights. Pretty much just slept there. It honestly wasnt the worst place we've stayed!! It was bad, dont get me wrong! The owner was polite but i can see how he could be taken as abrupt. The room was cleanish, but!: -The smoke alarm cover was hanging -Walls were marked and a bit grubby -Aircon dripped water inside the room pretty much on top of the tv - There were items under the bed that someone had left behind -We had a trail ants on the bench the second day, not sure what they were after as there was no food left out. The one thing that we REALLY didnt like was the owner had the room tidied even after we had specifically said no. Alot of our personal items had been moved. Theres also no cutlery or face washers so come prepared

My credit card was debited 8 months before travel. I cancelled the booking within 2 days of booking for my full refund. I'm still waiting more than 2 weeks later for the "full refund". I wouldn't book this motel.

Family room. Very dated with fixture and fittings hanging together with duct tape. Smelt like a musty two dollar shop. No shampoo etc. no milk. One teabag. Tv didn't work. Towels appeared to be clean- but had a very weird smell.

We too could not find anywhere else to stay in Geelong, but you would be better off sleeping in your car. This motel (if you can call it that) is absolutely disgusting. It was filthy dirty and it smelt foul. We had the 'family room', which was smaller than my bedroom at home and have 5 beds in it and everything was full of dust. It seemed to me that all the other rooms in the motel were booked out by the hour to 'ladies of the night' !! There were cars coming and going whilst we were there. Lucky we knew a couple of people that put us up for the two night. And to top it of the Manager/Owner was so rude. He wanted to know why we were leaving and we told him, he asked us to leave the keys in the 'night return box', it was full of rubbish. He refused to give us a refund and did not care that we were completely unhappy. DO NOT EVER STAY HERE !!

This place was terrible. The room was not the cleanest and the sliding shower door was tied with a strip of some sort of plastic rope. The folder in the room contained information from 2007 and there was no breakfast menu provided. The owner was very rude and could not even answer the phone properly - just said "yes" when he picked it up. Checkout time was 10.00 am but reception did not open until 11 am and there was an unlocked box for keys. I found this very unsatisfactory. Will not stay there again which is a pity because the location is great.

I had booked a room through Wotif but as I had lost my internet connection and was not able to log back on to my Wotif after trying to some time I thought I had better call the Motel to confirm that my booking went through correctly, as I didn't want to arrive at 5pm and not have a booking with 3 kids in tow! The man on the phone was very rude and kept repeating the same thing 'you need to check online if you book online'. I explained that I was very aware of the process but I just wanted to make sure my booking went through (for reasons mentioned above). After repeating himself over and over and being quite rude he eventually said 'yes' there was a booking under the name I gave him. Great. Arrived 2 hours later. Said Hello and that I was the lady on the phone that was checking on my booking! With a big smile and relief of having arrived after a bit of a drive. He proceeded to again go on about me calling to find out my details, spoke over the top of me and was the rudest person I have EVER come across!!!!!! And I have worked on customer service for 14 years, have met many rude people in that time. After being spoken over the top of and pretty much abused I started crying and stormed out explaining he was the rudest person I have ever dealt with and there was no way I was not going to stay there!!!! I'm a grown woman and he made me cry! I Left, called Wotif to inform them. Put in a complaint and went to find another hotel. Unfortunately for me the rude so and so still got my $130!!!! As my details had already been sent through from Wotif. Wotif were very very sorry and very understanding. Gave me a $50 credit on their site to apologise for my experience. I wish that I had have read reviews before I booked!!!!!!!!!! Please don't waster your money or your time supporting someone so horrible!!!!!!!!!

We could not find anywhere else to stay in Geelong and unwittingly booked this dump. This hotel should be condemned. How can this place pass as a hotel? I think it doubles as a half-way house. The room smelt like a mixture of urine, cigarette smoke, body odour and alcohol. Empty beer bottles littered under the beds. Grubby and unclean from top to bottom. I slept on top of the bed fully clothed as I did not trust to touch those sheets, I can only imagine what a blue fluorescent light would discover. I was also kept up most of the night from the noise of a nearby resident with a hacking emphysema cough. Absolute disgrace of a place.
