I selected this location for a fortnight's holiday in Geelong based on its location and some excellent Trip Advisor reviews. i found it to be an excellent choice and with the exception of in-house laundry there was nothing we needed that was not available within the unit. My first good impression was the amount of storage space for every item in our luggage. I loved the large fluffy towels that were replaced whenever we requested them. A collapsible wire rack allowed drying of towels during the day together with some hand washed clothing. A coin-operated laundry was located a few blocks away in the main street. A 24/7 service station was found within a few minutes walk for items such as bread and milk. A major supermarket was located in the CBD along with a large array of shops all within a 15 minute walk. Access to the bay and children's playground was only 4 city blocks away. Contact with Michael resolved all the questions we had or services required. The cleaner was also very helpful.The one concern we had was the poor audio from the installed TV unit but we solved this by inserting text into the viewing outlet. Free parking was available on site. We did not have a vehicle but my son, resident in the area, used our space when he collected us for sight seeing. This unit is worthy of the good reviews it has received.

This was such a good place to stay. It was quiet, clean and would be well suited for someone looking at staying for more than a couple of days. Parking was a little tight but there were designated parks for each unit. Spacious room with some cooking facilities. There is no reception - entry is via a keypad on the door and instructions were emailed a couple of days prior. It is in the CBD and a short walk to shops and restaurants.

An excellent stay in a very clean, spacious and comfortable studio room. Good WiFi and TV channels. Location is good with a car and a reserved parking spot. Easy key-less access with a key combination provided. Unit has a 2-burner stove, microwave and kettle. No toaster or stove. Excellent value.

The appartments are in a great spot, close to the beach and shopping centre and touristy type things to do. Room was small, a bit old and tired but pretty clean. Shower could do with some new grout. Small kitchen with what you need to be semi self sufficient, with small fridge, microwave and 2 hotplates. Not sure how well the little 2 hot plates worked as we didn't use them. Was handy having a code to get in rather than having to worry about a key. Good place for a short stay in Geelong.

Our accommodation was fabulous, clean and fresh, and everything that we needed, reasonably priced, great location, and on-site car parking. We certainly will return soon and recommend this place to family and friends.

Clean with a comfortable bed and handy to the city centre. We would call it functional, not architecturally exciting but at the end of the day if you are looking for clean, safe, secure accommodation for a night ot two this will suit

The location of this accommodation is perfect - hospital across the road, close to shops, beach and eateries. The accommodation itself is of a high standard for a reasonable price. We stayed in the accessible room with no bath over the shower which was ideal. Plenty of room, clean, and all you would need.

Cute place to stay and great location.
Place is easy to find, great directions from owners. Good location just short walk to foreshore and into main centre. Only 5 rooms with parking spaces. Room was big, self contained kitchen with basic of what you need. No oven but there is a microwave. Bathroom nice and big. Huge comfy bed and lots of space, decor light and bright. 7/11 almost next door if you need anything. Check in and out was a breeze. Really enjoyed our stay and gladly stay there again for our next trip.

While not 5 star the accommodation here is adequate. Nice comfy king size bed, good sized room and a well equipped kitchenette. Shower is nice and hot and the room was very clean.
Parking straight outside the room and it’s a lazy 10 minute walk into the centre of town or two minutes to the 7-11 on the corner.
Great spot for a couple of nights stay while we were in town visiting friends.

My room had everything I needed for my 4 night stay. A super comfy double bed, hot shower and a small kitchen with fridge, plates, cutlery and a stove top. Situated only 10 minutes walk from the town centre it was ideal for my visit.
