Detailed Reviews
stayed 5 nights and were satisfied with our acacia cabin. My problem is the bathroom corners had not been cleaned properly in a very long time, the ceiling fans needed a good clean and there was damage to the ceiling in the bunk room. Noticed in checking and making sure nothing was left behind. Double bed kept moving and the backs of the kitchen chairs had greasy finger prints on them. Sorry I am a bit anal in the house. The floors were not especially clean but I put that down to the dust from the storm. Apart from that the price was acceptable and the position to town was great. The site was fabulous and the ducks (hahaha) were very friendly. We enjoyed our time and would recommend this to friends as long as they made sure the price was okay.

Caravan stay Couple. Have been on previous years. Had booked a particular site 10-12 months prior Had two phone calls to confirm site as we heard renovations were taking place only to get to park and find site not available and we were moved to another site which was inappropriate size for our caravan. Requested another site and after eye role and a “tut tut” from staff and a verbal “ well you know we are full It makes it difficult for us “ we were finally moved to a more appropriate site. I certainly question the term “ full” as we had sites vacant for the whole 5 days we were there. Spoke to other members of our group virtually treated the same with pre site bookings not being honoured and told “park full this is only site available” and then to have vacant sites seen over their stay. My opinion some office staff need to know site measurements and caravan measurements before booking small vans into large sites and large van into small sites. Very poor service by office staff. Park itself has had some parts where major work done and there was work being undertaken still Good to see them spend some money on upgrades. Current Works a bit of a hassle but acceptable. Kids water park and swimming pool. Good size camp kitchen some new cabins but a fair ratio of cabins to caravan sites and with new site upgrades it will be impressive when finished. There are three amenities blocks which are exceptionally cleaned. Middle toilet book has broken out of order toilets and need a few clothes hooks in shower block to replace broken ones but very clean All toilets blocks getting a bit past there date. Plenty hot water and good pressure. Free WIFI. Walking distance to town Cafes and pubs. TV reception OK Ground staff friendly and willing to stop and have chat. Good security lighting Some BBQ areas effected by current works ( can’t be helped)

We have a powered site for our caravan. come here every year for the cricket tournament. book site next to fellow team member 1 yr in advance. arrive this year to find they have moved us from our site of 2 yrs to another across the road. our friends still in original site. when i queried why are we moved, REPLY was we reserve the right to move anybody to any site. sites are not guaranteed. i would think that when someone books a specific site 1 yr in advance (and same site for the previous 2 yrs) that the absolute the management should do is advise before you have traveled 5 hrs towing a van and you are standing at reception. They have the right to relocate you but i should have the right to cancel if i am not happy, in advance not on the day. Very poor communication, and customer service for comeback clients. Park has a lot of our team members staying here, we will be discussing if we come back again.

This caravan and camper park where you can also rent houses is very beautiful and very neat and located next to the Murry river.
From the campsite you can walk to the center in just ten minutes.
It is a great campsite for children, there is a swimming pool for swimming and one for playing, and there is also a playground.
The camping kitchen is perfect and clean.
The staff are very friendly and attentive.
A campsite to come back to.

We recently stayed at the NRMA Holiday Park Echuca for 5 nights on one of the fabulous new astro turf drive through sites (Site 146). It is so good to see a park spend $$ on improvements such as this for the caravanners.
The only downside was the west block amenity block which is in need of a refurb. The rain showers in the ladies are not suitable for these showers and are way too low. The facilities were clean but a better option was to walk to the central block by the pool (not far). This is a very modern block with lovely roomy showers.
The park is located close to the Port of Echuca and a lovely walk along the riverbank to shops, restaurants etc.
The new bridge over the Murray River is reasonably close by and there is some noise from trucks but the fabulous sites and location far outweigh a little truck noise.

Have stayed here before but many years ago. We were aware that there would be noise from the construction behind park, considering we were close to where this was happening the noise didn’t really bother us.
We stayed in a Acacia Cabin. We found the cabin to be suitable for what we wanted. Well equipped with all we needed. The bed was to firm for us which does spoil your sleep.
The park was well cared for, clean and tidy. It appeared out cabin was not checked before we arrived as the floors were dusty, outdoor table and chairs were really dirty and we found a child’s pair of socks beside the couch. The windows of the Cabin were in need of a good clean. Cabin was spacious with a comfy couch. Toilet and bathroom were rather small but the shower was great with a large shower head and great water pressure.
Sitting on the deck watching all the birds and ducks was enjoyable. We even had a visit from a few kookaburras sitting watching us as we watched them.
We enjoyed the short walk along the river to town for our morning coffee.
We will be back

Arrived Thursday and left Sunday stayed in 2 Bedroom Cabin.
Small bathroom with hot and cold water every minute no soap holder so soap on the floor.
Very outdated blinds broken and very hard making bunk bed and no service to Cabin for towels when I told them on leaving was told our price was for no service,I think paying $659 for 3 nights it should at least have someone check if you need towels especially with COVID
Will definitely not ever be staying here again there are much better places in Echuca

My Family and I had the pleasure of spending the weekend in an extremely clean and comfortable cabin in this wonderful caravan park close the the heated, picturesque and extremely clean swimming pool. All Management and staff were extremely professional, polite and helpful.
A very easy walk into town and bike tracks and walking tracks along the Murray river just outside the entrance to the park. Definitely a five star rating from us.
On a downside to our stay with no reflection on the park or staff our cabin was in the proximity of a family in another cabin with freshly sown down lawns which were taped off.
Unfortunately we could see and hear way too much from the rowdy crowd. We witnessed them pull out pickets holding up the tape and continually trudge across the lawn even after heavy rain and the Groundsperson repairing the damage and asking the parents for them and the children to respect the property and other patrons.
The next day the same behaviour continued only to see their kids jumping off the pool furniture and then throwing it into the pool. They then littered in and around the pool with their Lolly rappers and biscuits and dip. Our kids and others had to cease their time in the pool whilst it was totally cleaned up.
Then witnessed their dog being taken into their cabin.
At the beginning of my morning walk I watched the disrespectful Mother bring the dog out of the cabin where it should never have been. The park Manager who was cleaning the pool again at the time then respectfully asked them to vacate their cabin by 10.00am to allow for a thorough clean. Thank God.
Once the Manager cleaned up their mess from the top of the skip bins which Mum took photos of most likely to put up a negative post on social media and they left we along with everyone else in this area thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
Thank you NRMA Echuca Managers and staff and other patrons for also reporting this behaviour. We will definitely be back!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We timed it all wrong. there was construction going on, so noise all day. Add to that a sudden lock down was announced. All caravans that didn't have shower & toilet in their van were told to leave the park. We had to pack up at 5.00pm in afternoon and move on. We were told the amenities block will be closed. There was no suggestion of where to go. There were a lot of very upset people.

This caravan park is clean and well cared for. They're replacing their old facilities with new more modern buildings. In fact the new block is heated which is very nice in winter. The staff are friendly and keep the park neat and tidy. The drive through powered sites are very easy to manoeuvre with plenty of room on a false lawn site. This park is within walking distance to the town and Port of Echuca sights.
