Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

I booked a room with a spa. I go to turn the spa on its not working. I spoke with the manager the next morning only to find out there is a switch next to the toilet no information on the switch to say what it was. Hes reply to me was why didnt you ring me. I replied thought it would be too late at night. I asked for a discount answer was no. I also had trouble with internet conection even though they gave me wifi access. I will never go back again. This was my first time in a hotel room specially being on my own. I would expect better service for $175 for 1 night. Also i had to pay $100 deposit and had to wait till 10am to get it back. NOT HAPPY.

Love to be able to review this accommodation but a booking through booking.com was canceled on us leaving us high and dry. A call to the management elicited a range of erroneous claims related to Agoda which we did not use. Do not trust.

Dirty smelly ( like sewage) dingy rooms. Noisy….. could hear the next room clearly! Road noise. Parked ther taxi in the drive leaving a squeeze to go in and out. Unfriendly hosts. Spa was missing jets. Overall not worth the money spent…… not even close

What a disgrace! Very untidy blood on walls, body fluid on bedding and mould on celling. And list goes on!! Would not recommend staying. Only good thing about the whole place is the location is close to shops and local eateries, parks and gardens.

This is an extremely tied motel, pretty good location though. It seems the manager doesn’t know a handyman or own a screwdriver, everything was falling off the wall. The shower dripped, which made in front of the toilet wet the whole stay. No remote control for the tiny TV, no soap holder in the shower, broken curtains but luckily the bed was clean and comfortable. For gods sake do some maintenance on the place, you owe it to your customers.

Not many positives what so ever. I'll just leave it at that. Terribly runs down, not a very good location a fair distance out of town. I guess what was there was clean but it's hard to keep really really old carpet and fittings clean. I'd personally have to give this place a miss.

I had booked 2 nights, an hour after checking in I discovered that all Victorian residents were to return home by midnight tonight due to another outbreak of Covid 19. As a responsible person who wanted to avoid a fine I proceeded to ask for a refund. The manager offered that he would refund only 1 night in a tone that suggested that it was a kind gesture. After I expressed my disgust he became defensive and expressed his frustration about trying to run a business at the moment. His tone was arrogant and confrontational, I felt as if I was attacked. I managed to get all my money back, but I would never, never step foot into that place again. I am now going home for our 5 day lockdown.

You get what you pay for. There was no microwave that a lot of basic motels have, so not good for long stays..traffic passing was loud but that doesn’t bother me at all. For other people that stay here it might be a problem. The room was very clean and the bed comfy but small. Room a good size though and plenty tea/coffee/milk. Does have a kettle and a toaster. Asked for late checkout but only got an hour. Didn’t help for my situation but accept it. Over all not bad for 1 night stay

Stayed here for a weekend and this was a terrible hotel which had: -horrible wifi. Kept dropping out or failing to connect saying (Wifi couldn't authenticate) -Glasses mismatched. Wanted to pour a beer in 2 equal glasses but instead they havl 5 glasses all of different sizes and no set of 2 -Loud and noisy allnight with loud vibrations from revving motorbikes and trucks -poor security (my door has a large gap in it and even shook from the wind). My friend was also even able to unlock the door just by slipping a credit card in between the door. VERY SCARY!! Bed size too small No toilet paper  Price 120  No forks

Not too far from the main railway station, and walking distance to most points of interest. Staff were quite helpful, and rooms quite comfortable. Even had a pool. Also next to a pub, which is pretty cool, but quiet as wlel.
