Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

Fantastic park, we booked the activities room for a family function with over 60 people. The park couldn’t do more to support the day. Accommodation at the park was top class and they allowed flexibility so we could be together.

Good basic park with jumping pillow, small kids playground and decent camp kitchen open sided. Games room was closed down but there’s mini golf facilities and tennis if you bring your own balls, the office offering was flat. A basketball hoop too. Basic cabin had the basics except no frypan for the stove only a large electric number. Cabin was clean n tea towels, dish liquid n spong provided. Shower pressure was good. Staff ok but not winning any customer service awards. About 15 minutes from Bendigo CBD.

Cabin was very cramped and the bed was very hard. This was probably the worst of the cabins we have stayed in on our tour. There was ongoing noise from trucks at a location down the road and I couldn't recommend this property.

Held an event for our RV members in March over a weekend. This was from a previous event postponed due to Covid, they were more than happy to assist with this reschedule. Large booking with 56 people and 26 sites. The park easily accommodated our larger RVs that attend which is important. Members had an amazing stay, especially loved the large function room which was perfect for our gatherings, meals, games and presentation. Management we very helpful from beginning to end with this booking. We had a lot going on from deliveries, buses, catering to seminars and charity presentation. They were more than accommodating for all our needs. We will certainly run future events at this park!

We stayed here last week. We were impressed with the spacious layout of the park and excellent amenities. Everything was very clean and well maintained. Covid protocols in place. Facilities catered for all age groups. While we were there we had an incident involving our Motor Home. Due to the quick action of the staff the incident was quickly contained, preventing further damage and injury to anyone. The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were able to supply us with a cabin. We highly recommend this park to all,

Booked for 5 nights and had to leave after one night due to a tragedy in the family. I asked if i could get a refund and was told when handing the key in by the male that he would tell the owner and they had our credit card details on file , afte we found out they re rented the unit and ignored us all together. So upsetting for them to profit over someone's misfortune is wrong, They would have not lost money by giving us our money back or at least give us 50% back, but instead they used it to make a profit. The utensils in the drawer had been used and thrown back without being cleaned they had been like that for weeks . The owners were extremely nasty to how they spoke to people and took money out of everyone's bank account without authorization at 10.30 in the morning before people had arrived. Never was asked if you are a member of the G'day rewards. People in our group had rang to extend their stay but was spoken to so nastily they didn't bother. Check your bank accounts ,they keep your credit card on file which is illegal. I hope no one ever has to go through what we have been through.. I wonder if you had lost $450 would you be feeling the same. These people do not deserve credit. No compassion. Very greedy

Best caravan park we’ve ever stayed at. It’s immaculately clean, the facilities are great and the staff were too. They even have a dog wash. We only stayed the one night but we will definitely be coming back. We paid $45 for the one night in our caravan. Well laid out with easy access to sites.

Hubby and l booked a powered site for the labour day weekend in March, on arrival we were greeted with very friendly staff, showed us to our site, which was lovely. It had plenty of shade for the hot afternoon sun, , quite a big site to, grass is really well maintained and was nice and green, the amenities are 2nd to none, the cleanest we have ever seen and the camp kitchen was fantastic, a great size pool and a few playgrounds for the kids, it is a very friendly park, we felt quite safe here and relaxed after our 4 days away, we will definitely be returning to it's park in the future, and the best thing it's only 1.5 hrs from home.
