Trying to find a reasoanbly priced Disable room in Bendigo was frustrating till I came across the Crystall Inn and it was on the booking website, liked what we saw of the bathroom.
When we arrived and checked it found out that all rooms were on 1st level with pool as well the room was close to the lift which was very good.
The room itself was spacius and tidy and clean the bathroom was spotless.
The water was very hot needed to use the cold with it.
The flat screen TV was able to angle it around and we could eat dinner whilst watching it.
The Queen size bed was very comfotable, also had a sofa bed couch.
The fridge in the room was very adequate for our purpose.
We will use the pool next time we stay
had step into the salt water and looked very inviting.
Only drawback No Restaurant onsite had to go out or order in our evening meal,
The car park was all under cover below the level 1 rooms.
The Motel is close to centre of Bendigo only a few minutes drive.

Locals sceptic about my choice BUT from moment I booked directly to the very warm welcome the stay was great. We had a very comfy, quiet, overnight stay in this motel where a change of management obviously has improved the service, made rooms cleaner and generally a place to stay because you choose to not have to.
The disabled room facilities were well set out, bathroom great and room spacious very pleased all was good. Lift access from carpark and would happily stay again in this motel Thanks to new owners Susan and Les

We stayed for a couple of nights in a front corner room. Big windows faced west onto a balcony making room quite light and airy. Despite our room fronting main road noise was a not a real issue for us. Most other rooms are to the rear of building.

Standout was great hospitality from Sharron. It makes a real difference when your hosts really enjoy being with people. Nothing was too much trouble, and Sharron went the extra mile to make the stay quite relaxed.

To begin with its a fair trip from town centre to motel. This place is well over priced, just over $1000 for 2 nights for only 4 adults over a weekend stay.

This place looks clean and well presented outside, that is until you step inside this ugly 70s flashback with dark green carpet with cream coloured old style furniture and dingy red curtains. I'm shocked this place comes in at 3 stars.

The lady running this place is very rude, when leaving one night to pop into town to get snacks she came to the car questioning where we were going and what we was doing.

Consider booking else where!

Tara, you chose to purchase an accommodation credit directly from a guest who had booked a non refundable event weekend during COVID. We honoured a 12 month credit for her which she has then chosen to sell to you. The price you paid was completely between her and yourself. While it is never my intention to be rude to my guests, when you are a group of people (some guests, some friends from elsewhere) making unacceptable noise at midnight, I most definitely addressed the issue. We are in the business of providing a good sleep to our guests, this is not possible if we do not manage noise disturbances promptly and efficiently.

Very clean and spacious room, plenty of parking, easy access to CBD. Breakfast was served on time, home cooked by the owner, who was a chef. Friendly service and despite the hotel being located on McIvor Highway it was fairly quiet.

Overall this was an excellent experience. Frriendly staff at reception, nice and clean room, which was also quiet. I loved the under cover parking, which was in some respects a bonus. This motel provided a very convenient location (5 mins from business meeting), and a short travel to shops and eateries. This was my second stay at this motel, and it will now become my 'go to' place in Bendigo. Many thanks!

Great hosts did everything to make our stay comfortable - 8 nights - room was spacious, bed comfortable, shower and bathroom large and everything worked. Wonderful undercover area with plenty of outdoor seating near the pool.
We took advantage of the BBQ and had a terrific outdoor experience.
We have been coming to Bendigo for years to see our Daughter and have stayed at many hotel/motels this is the best by a long-shot and will be our hotel of choice in the future
Congratulations Best Western Crystal Inn

We had a great room with a log size bed and roll away bed and a spa. We also had two balconies with an outdoor couch which was great. Our room was quite large. The pool was great but could have done with a shade sail or something over the top. The seating area in the courtyard was also great as we were travelling with a sporting group although it could get a little noisy and at times there was a sewage smell. We had a pull out sofa in our room but it was broken but it was made up for by the roll away bed and there was also an ant problem in our room. We bought snacks and the ants got in to them so they had to be throw away. It was a great weekend but a distance from the centre of town.

From walking into reception until our departure we had a fantastic experience. Tim and Sharon, the owners, were incredibly nice, friendly, helpful and professional. Breakfast was simply superb - fresh, hot and tasty.
The pool was adjacent to a large patio area - covered and uncovered, which was good for meals, talking or just relaxing. A large petrol station was next door with good coffee and meals.

Very efficient and simple after hours check in and a surprisingly spacious room and bathroom.
Arriving after 10pm used a very simple and secure procedure for key collection with detailed instructions and map to locate our room easily. We were impressed by the efficiency. Our room was spacious with a large bathroom, good shower and towels and all those things we have come to expect.
