amazing stay away for my birthday weekend, the food & venue is amazing, superb views, sunset & wildlife. best food i’ve ever had in my life & im a chef! staff are exceptionally accommodating ⭐️ we stayed in the small twin share room, beds are so comfy & beautiful big shower, i was so happy to be able to stay here this year, as covid had affected my plans last year, we will be back for the clamping experience 💕 can not recommend this place enough - thank you again.

Very unprofessional and worst customer service I have ever experienced. It felt like I was dealing with teenagers who were recently hired. I booked a tent for my partner and I for valentine's day but due to covid restrictions we were unable to attend. Spoke to a few workers at the venue, because no one seemed to know the protocol. Eventually was offered a refund on two separate occasions but never received one. They said they would email us but never did. Tried ringing a few more times to confirm the refund but no one was answering. Very frustrating as money was wasted. Would not recommend.

Sweetheart and I had a great stay in the Cottage (1), with a terrific meal around the corner at the restaurant. The Cottage was super clean with comfortable bed, big, well appointed bathroom and fluffy dressing gowns. Great value. Also a nice walk around estate forest for the morning after.

We booked 2 nights for Easter weekend for glamping. When we arrived to our tent, there’s no view of the vineyards, our view is blocked by 2 toilets. This isn’t what we were expecting when we booked. Would have been great that it is indicated when booking if the tent your booking is back view/bushland or facing vineyard. At least, we have the option to proceed or not. At night, there isn’t much lights on the pathway or even at the front of your tent for you to enjoy the evening. We decided to cut our trip short and not stay for the 2nd night. It was a waste of money to stay for another night.

Faced with a choice between "glamping" and a homestead room, we opted for the latter, a decision in part driven by price, and in part by a concern that glamping may be an over-hyped experience. Our choice proved to be a good one. We stayed in room 4, which is a corner room of huge dimensions, with the largest bathroom I can recall in a hotel. We ate dinner in the on site restaurant, and that was fabulous. Great service, excellent food, and some top rate estate wines. Our only regret is that we did not stay more than one night. There is plenty to see and do around Bendigo, which is barely 15 minutes away. A highly recommended destination.
