The beds were comfortable and the room whilst dated was a nice size. It was disappointing that you needed to clean your own dishes (or a fee would apply) whilst on holidays and given the amount charged for the room.

So disappointed as it is nothing like photos on their website. 2 bedroom family apartment is misleading as it is only one separate tiny bedroom and other beds are in kitchen/living area. Room was dated and had botchy renovation, mattresses very hard and uncomfortable, plumbing squeals when you use taps and shower and the bedroom was so close to the pub only 1-2 m from window to outdoor pub balcony. You can hear every word of people’s conversations even though windows are shut! Very very noisy and pub cleaners came at 4.30am and banged doors, lights on and emptied bottles etc. Spoke to motel owner who was very rude and she really didn’t care less as long as we had paid full amount which she took out of our account before we had checked in properly. 2 nights with very little sleep. Would not recommend at all. Do not stay here.

We stayed one night here on a road trip through Victoria. Our room was recently renovated with a comfortable bed, and small kitchenette. The facility is within walking distance to the main city centre full of historic charm. There is a historic hotel in front of the accommodation which normally provides meals, but was unfortunately closed due to a public holiday when we stayed.

My sister and I recently stayed here to attend a family funeral. We were allocated room 10 which had two queen size beds and a kitchenette. We originally booked for a queen and a single with no kitchen facilities therefore pleasantly surprised by the upgrade. It even had a couch to watch tv instead of sitting in uncomfortable chairs or on the bed. The room was very clean and tidy and the staff very helpful. You can eat dinner and breakfast at the adjoining pub.

I recently stayed for five nights and they could not have been more helpful. I received a free upgrade to a larger room with a lovely street view. Very reasonable room cost. Windows that open for fresh air and air conditioning if required.
