Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

The room itself was more than adequate and the spa bath in the private bathroom a delight. But the visit was spoilt by the false advertising on the booking site. We were promised a free continental or English breakfast but upon asking for it were told they didn't do breakfast and suggested to go to McDonalds. We were told there was a bar/lounge. SInce we were there for my wife's birthday we thought a drink in the bar would be nice once we had the kids in bed - but there was no bar to be found. The room details mentioned a "full kitchen" but this was just a microwave and a kettle. It was a nice room at a reasonable price. There should be no need to lure customers in with lies.

We had a 1 night stay here over the holidays. It was a last minute decision and this was the last place available (that wasn’t 800+ a night) we got room 11 which was up stairs above the owners house. We had a spa and our room over looked bakery hill maccas. Everything about our room was great except there’s no shower curtain. Even a lock on the bathroom door would have worked.

Good facilities within 10 minutes of the centre. We had an Accessible room that was relatively spacious and had most of what we needed. A pleasant shady courtyard at the back although it made the room a lilt dark.

Would have rated 5 but false advertising about having room service is really disappointing when we relied on it with our young kids. If you stay here the rooms great and clean but don’t rely on room service. Please change the websites and room information to be accurate.

Housekeeping was extremely poor.Hair on floor of bathroom, empty shampoo container in shower black marks around exhaust fan in bathroom.Balcony cob Web everywhere paving in need of cleaning table dirty.Indoor pool was always locked and covered with blanket, more cob Web at entrance.I am sure I paid for breakfast for two mornings but received nothing @$186 per night you would think a complimentary bottle of water maybe included nope $3.Bed was like sleeping on concrete slab. Overall I wonder how places like this survive

So we stayed here for one night. We were wanting seperate rooms for kids and us, wanted a pool and/or spa bath. It has all. We had a family room. The staff were really friendly when booking, checking in, checking out and needing assistance. As soon as we checked it we wanted to jump in the pool (indoor heated pool) and saw it was covered up. We called to see if it was closed, and they said no they just like to limit it to one family at a time so he opened it up for us. It wasn't deep, appx 1.35m. It was warm clean. It had a few chairs and tables inside to leave your stuff. We were able to get pool towels from reception. It would have been good have a toilet in there, instead of having to go back to room (we were on top level). The room was clean and neat. TVs worked, air con worked which was great. Beds comfy. Had a desk, couch and dining table. Had a kettle, toaster and microwave with a mini bar fridge. Unfortunately no bowels, big plates or Cutlery. So it made things a little difficult. Didn't have a bench where you could do all that, just a cupboard where the kettle and all that were kept. We have a special needs child and her meals are very particular so having some space to make these would have been good. The bathroom was clean and big. The spa bath was big and comfortable. It was nice to relax in there. Maybe a small side table next to it would have been good. Overall it was a nice place to stay for a very reasonable price. I would stay here again.

Very clean and comfortable. Ideal for an overnight stay. Definitely would consider it again. A lot closer to attractions than I thought. Walking distance to pretty much everything There' are also very good meals at the hotel around the corner.

The place is a bit dated - BUT it’s everything you need for a short stay - immaculate clean large room with a table and chairs to eat dinner, balcony, comfy bed and a lovely hot shower. And to top it off the hosts are super friendly Only downside (and it’s minor) but when showering in the spa water splashes onto the bathroom floor Will definitely stay again

This motel was both comfortable and clean. There was little of no noise in our experience and our two night stay was pleasant. The fact that the motel was so central was ideal, close to many restaurants and eateries'. The motel generally was a bit dated but the cleanliness was an important factor. We would have no hesitation with booking here again
