They changed our booking weekend on us, told us there was only availability for one night in a different room so we got shoved in a very cold room and told to only use the one room, the toilet roll hadnt been changed and there was a disgusting brown stain right inside the door. Made to go elsewhere and told no refund. Man was very rude, shaking his head and rolling his eyes at me. won’t ever go back, and won’t recommend.

She called on 12th July told us due to covid 19 she can't make it , The booking may change to next wednesday, she will call to confirm the new date, so I cancelled the booking on 30th JULY, but she didn't call and came in on 30th , I said we only have one day available and only one two beds room apartment for her , and she didn't need to pay the extra becauce the rate of two beds room apartment was double of her booking .I hadn't been rude, and keep said sorry, why she said " shaking his head and rolling his eyes at me". It is an insult. She is no welcome here anymore!

Immediately impressed by the size of the room sleeping 3, very spacious. Bathroom is out dated but clean. Biggest disappointment was we only spent 1 night there, didn't want to get out of bed. Soooo comfy, could have spent the day snuggled in. Too cold for a swim but pool area was as spotless as the room. Lovely friendly staff. Excellent value for price. Could happily have stayed longer and know where we'll be staying when next in the area. Can hear the neighbours a bit, same as most places.

Our room is cleaned, presentable but the heater is very old, making loud noise at night which made all of us uncomfortable sleep. The bathroom doesnt have any heat light, very cold when shower and even cold when stepping on the floor. Overall, we didnt enjoy our stay.

The Begonia was perfect for our family's needs. Separate rooms with a lounge/dining and a kitchen for a fantastic price. We had a great stay and we definitely will again in the future. Definitely recommended.

Absolutely loved this room and it had everything I could possibly need. Reasonably priced, great quiet location. It was clean, comfortable, close to the supermarket and only 10 minutes from Ballarat CBD. Highly recommended!
