Two nights here in the Benjamin room which is separated from the main house with own entrance - we liked this. Very warm welcome by Linda and great recommendation for dinner at Cataract on Patterson - superb steaks. Tasty breakfasts cooked by Andre who also has excellent knowledge of the area - we had a lovely day driving the Tamar...

We stayed a couple of nights and really enjoyed the friendly and welcoming hospitality of Linda & Andre. Kurrajong is located in a nice historic area within walking distance of town (city?), although be prepared for a return walk up a pretty steep hill! The room was very nice, clean and comfortable with all the facilities you would expect at...

Excellent location, room was perfect for us we stayed in the Benjamin Garden Room. Which really is an ensuite with a large king bed and t.v which was perfect as you are out exploring most of the time. The gardens and the roses on the property are spectacular. The host Linda and her husband are welcoming, cook an amazing breakfast...

Linda and Andre are exemplary B&B hosts. Linda is warm and engaging Scot and a mine of information about what to do and where to eat in Launceston. Andre cooks a great breakfast. It's located in a lovely old home on the hill just above the CBD. It's a short but quite steep. walk into town We stayed in the...

We look forward to seeing you again. Glad you enjoyed your upgrade. We usually try to upgrade people if the rooms are available. Our Garden rooms are very nice but our Heritage Guest room are a little special, we think anyway. Thank you for the great review. L & A

A beautiful, old house with lovely accommodation. Linda and Andre are very welcoming and the breakfast was super with tasty homemade jams and marmalade. Our room was well equipped and the beds comfortable.

This lovely B and B is a good way to have a taste of Tasmanian history with modern amenities. The pretty house from c. 1879 has period furniture in the rooms, but modern amenities to go with them. We appreciated the couch in our room for reading and the thoughtful supply of tea / coffee / biscuits left for us...

Thank you for taking time to give this great review. We try really hard to give our guests a special experience. East Launceston is the Blue Chip area, tree lined streets and quiet at night. We love living here and hope our guests enjoy being here too. L & A

We stayed here for 2 nights in Rose cottage, which is a self contained cottage separate from the main house. This was our favourite accommodation during our visit to Tasmania. The cottage was beautiful - lovely decor, spacious, light and spotlessly clean. The whole property is immaculate with a really pretty garden. We had a peek in a couple of...

Thank you for the fantastic review. Glad you enjoyed Rose Cottage. Every room is different which is great fun for us to decorate, unlike the usual Hotel room where every room is the same. A choice of the modern Rose Cottage (King), Executive Benjamin Garden (Queen), Country style 4 Poster Campbell Garden (Queen), Emily Heritage (sleigh King), Newton Heritage 4...
