Close to Aurora stadium, easy walking distance. Large rooms, but no exhaust fan in the bathroom,so everything (including the floor) was sopping after a shower. The bathroom would be perfect for someone with a disability (grab rails, walk in shower). Reception & wait staff were excellent. The meal for dinner was superb but an extremely long wait for the main...

Thanks for reviewing our property and I'm pleased our location suited you well and that you enjoyed the food and service in our restaurant - I will speak to our head chef about the timing of the mains and apologies if these took longer than expected. I'm also sorry the ducted exhaust in your bathroom wasn't working. We are doing...

First time for us, the room was so spacious, very clean and comfortable. The bedroom was so comfortable and separate as was the toilet from the bathroom. Concierge was friendly and professional. The service and meal from the downstairs Market Square restaurant was exemplary, with a extensive local wine list. A very pleasant experience and highly recommend this establishment to...

We stayed in a 2 bedroom suite that had 2 bathrooms, laundry and kitchenette. All utensils supplied as well as cooking equipment . There is also a dishwasher. The rooms are serviced daily and are immaculate. Plenty of room for a family of 6. Within walking distance to shops, cafes and restaurants. A parking space is provided. Wheelchair and disabled...

We stayed here for two nights in June. The room was surprisingly big, with a separate bedroom, and separate toilet from the bathroom. The toilet was a little dodgy, sprayed water out a bit when you flushed. I had actually forgotten it had a kitchenette so it was a nice surprise to see it and your own private laundry. But...

I've stayed there twice now for 2 nights at a time and both times were really impressed with the service I received from the ladies. Having had meals at The Sebel in the passed and not having been for a while we had a return visit just a little while back. It was certainly busier that we had experience before and so we perhaps waited a little longer than expected for service but a busy restaurant is often considered to be good as it is...

We had 3 nights at the Sebel. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. As an Accor advantage Plus member we naturally asked for an upgrade, none was available.
