The units are spacious and very comfortable. Although advertised as 1br, the lay out is open plan with large sliding doors to close off bedroom if you wish. Large bathroom with both bath and walk in shower. Restaurant fare was very good with wide selection of local wines. Staff very friendly and helpful. Easy walk to Launceston city centre with...

Thank you very much for taking the time to provide your detailed review. We recently made changes to our wine list, adding additional Tasmanian wines and some stronger reds from the mainland, and I'm pleased that you enjoyed the selection. Thanks again for your comments. Just a single night visit this time however will return, excellent reservation and check in, nice, spacious, clean accommodation , very attentive and helpful restaurant staff, overall a great experience. Yes, the motel is in close proximity to the town clock however this did not seem to be a problem for us. The rooms are very spacious and quite well...

The Sebel is conveniently located a short walk from the commercial centre of Launceston and very close (but not intrusively so) to the transit centre. It's also a short walk to the riverside. There is nothing overtly remarkable about The Sebel Launceston but, like most Sebel properties I've visited, it has a understated modern stylishness evident in careful choice of...

Thank you very much for your detailed review of the team. It's very pleasing to read that your stay was enjoyable and we hope to welcome you back. The artwork in the hotel lobby is supplied by a gallery named '1842' which is located just up the street from the hotel (you can see it from our front door). All...

From the very outset the Sebel excelled itself. Commencing with prompt helpful replies to our emails for advice prior to our trip. Quick efficient check in, comfortable room and facilities. The hotel restaurant was cosy with a good atmosphere for post footy drink and food :-) Nothing is too much for the staff and management here. The continental breakfast was...

The Sebel is Perfectly located in central Launceston, an easy and short walking distance to restaurants and shops in the CBD . Good service, check in was a breeze. Room was spacious and bed was comfy. No road noise and comfy welcome lounge in the foyer.

A great place to stay in Launceston. Each unit is a suit and very spacious. There is a separate bedroom, living/dining room and a real entrance hall. The bed was king size and very comfortable. The only tricky item is parking, the cost of $8 is very reasonable but few spots and depending on when you come some of them...
