I have stayed here 3 times now and I find it very central. The staff are always friendly and knowledgable, the rooms always clean and comfortable. I have no hesitation recommending this hotel to anyone.

Thanks for recommending us and glad you find our location convenient and our team friendly. After 5 stays we set our regular customers up as Express Guests which means no need to sign in at reception, just pick up your room key as you pass through. Look forward welcome you back as an Express Guest soon. Kind regards, Craig Richman...

Centrally located, very good size rooms with all the facilities you require to sleep well, get your clothes cleaned and a efficient bathroom and kitchenette. Although we did not eat in the hotel it did look very pleasant restaurant. We took breakfast in a cafe which was about 50 metres from the hotel, cheaper than the Sebal and quality and...

Dear Gordon, I'm pleased our facilities were a good fit for your needs and that you slept well during your stay. The Cataract Gorge is certainly a highlight and the walk along the river is a pleasant way to access it. We hope to welcome you back in future. LOCATION: Walking distance to CBD. HOTEL: Friendly, slow check-in. Only one staff at reception. Staff regularly answering the incoming phone calls causing delays during check-in and check-out. Good size, fully equipped apartment with washer and dryer. Clean. Good beds. Decent pillows. Good A/C. We did not find the Launceston Post Office tower bell strikes as loud at night as some...

Thanks for your review and glad on the whole you liked the hotel but apologies if you experienced some delays at check in. We do have 2 reception staff on during peak times but it's sometimes difficult to predict the surges so occasionally we do experience busy times which can slow things down. Hope to see you again in future....

We straggled in smelly, wet and exhausted from doing the Overland Trek to be welcomed with a smile and a free upgrade! Less than 10 minutes later we both were in our individual showers and the clothing was banished to the laundry in the suite. After a very long soak in the deep spa bath I was able to pack...

We stayed in an apartment here for 2 nights as part of a self drive around Tasmania. The apartments are spacious with a separate bedroom and kitchen/lounge. The apartment had a washer and dryer which was great to get all the laundry done before moving on to the next accommodation. There is free wifi and there is a small car...

Dear Nicolas, Thanks for recommending us via your review and glad you liked the facilities and location of the hotel. Good tip also on the walk to the Gorge from the hotel. As you mention, there is a steep path in known as the zig zag track but the easier route is to cross over Kings Bridge and enter from...

Good location close enough to the shops and restaurants, and has a good restaurant in house. It is close to the post office that has a clock tower that chimes the hour and every quarter hour so if you are a light sleeper you will need the earplugs. Could do more to recognise the Le Club Accor hotel members, and...
