Everyone at Peppers was great. We loved our stay and would be very happy to do it all over again any time. Each time we had a question the reception staff were helpful and informative. The room was very big and clean and the view was 'as advertised'.....superb.

From the moment we booked in at reception; where the service couldn't have been more helpful and friendly; then walked into our very well appointed room; yummy breakfast and a non rushed check-out where all our purchases were fully explained. the atmosphere was friendly, classy but not snobby; just perfect for that weekend away.

The receptionist, Brendan I think his name was, was incredibly helpful trying to find us a place to eat dinner late at night. Great service. The rooms were big and very nice. However I had a problem with the internet during the night and a film we were watching stopped and there was no reception staff working during the night...

Thanks Jeremy - We have 24 hour on call service although our reception does close at 11pm our on Duty Manager is able to assist through the evening. The TV issue experienced is very rare and by powering off and powering on the set top box the movies will reboot. Thank you for your compliment on Brendon's service, a key...

Extremely expensive without the perks - our "river view room" which we paid extra for was actually a view of Bunnings and other warehouses. There was no concierge to help us with our bags. The only room service was with a fancy restaurant who refused to accommodate us by changing a dish slightly. No bathrobes. All those little luxuries you...

Don't go for the view. The website looks great as you are looking from the other side of the waterway to Peppers but when you are staying there you are looking out of a concrete batching plant. When we discovered this we asked if we could reduce our stay to 2 nights but they said we would lose our money....

Thank you LPN for your stay - Had you booked your stay with us directly we would be more than happy to refund on request. When we book with travel agents and online sites the moneys are held by these businesses often beyond our ability to create the refund. Naturally we are disappointed we were not able to meet your...

room accommodation is superb. next to the river and relatively short walk to the town center. This was the last accommodation of our trip and rounded off a great holiday in Tassy. Only draw back is pay for parking.

Very good and comfortable 2 night stay. Lovely views over the river and waterfront and an easy walk into town. Would definitely recommend to others for their stay in Launceston. The restaurant was also great.

We stayed at peppers for 3 nights in a grand city view room. Be aware you are right next to the hwy and all you will hear is the traffic! And the view is nothing but car dealerships across the road. We tried to move to the river side but they were full till the last night, but at least...

Hi Kate - Thank you for choosing Peppers for the 3 night stay. River view rooms hold an amazing view so can understand your disappointment when we could not fill your request. After our recent accommodation this was a very pleasant & stylish experience. The staff were most accommodating. Would have no hesitation in recommending Peppers Seaport to my friends due to the location & views from the rooms overlooking the mariner & docks
