We absolutely loved our stay in 92A forest road apartments. It is clean, spacious and homely. Jo has thought of absolutely everything. The kids loved the toys and craft cupboard. The bunnies were absolutely adored by my children and Jo left pellets and vegetables scraps for the kids to feed them everyday. The views from the apartment are absolutely stunning. I also loved that Jo had a selection of wine options available which were so well priced. The only negative was the noisy floor boards which made it incredibly difficult for us to sneak into our kids room to check on them through the night. Otherwise the accommodation was faultless. The kitchen is stoked with everything you could possibly need and we really appreciated the bath toys for my 2 year old. I would highly recommend this accommodation to anyone staying in Launceston. It is a very short trip into the city and a great place to base yourself.

We spent 4 nights here with our 2 young children. We were initially wowed by the views - beautiful spot and great location to visit Launceston and the Tamar. What then amazed us was the attention to detail provided by Jo with here apartment. Everything was thought of and some beautiful additional gestures made for a wonderful stay. The kids (and us) loved patting the bunnies each day as well. Cannot recommend more highly!

We are travelling with a 5,3 and 1 year old. This place is well equipped for kids. It has wifi, Netflix toys, dvds, step stools, high chairs, porta cots and pretty much everything you could need when away from home. There are even older kids games. The rabbits were a daily hit and was a draw card back to the house after being out. The views over the river were nice during the day and just as good at night. The 3 bed house shares walls with a smaller one next door and is on top of the one below. The kitchen is great with breakfast cereals and even ingredients for home made choc raspberry muffins. There is a draw with extra tea towels. It’s not a big thing but I hate places that ration out towels and tea towels. This place has cupboards and draws with the stuff u actually might need extra of. The only bad point is the floor boards. There is no sneaking around this house as the boards are as noisy as they come. It’s a great place and has heaters or aircon in each room and electric blankets on all the beds. Holidays with kids harder than being st home for lots of reasons and this place makes it almost as easy as home so it makes holidaying a fair bit easier and better. I’d stay here again no problems! Thanks Jo!
