We have stayed here numerous times, for multiple days at a time. We have always had a good experience. It's very comfortable, warm, clean and a great breakfast with very friendly staff. I would highly recommend this as an excellent quiet inner city area to stay above City Park. Walking distance, only a couple of blocks into the city centre

The toilet seat was broken and when I reported it next morning I was told the toilet seats on the whole floor were like that, that they weren't installed properly - well, why aren't they being fixed?? There was no service on my TV after 6.30am and there was no radio in the room. There were no guest slippers. There...

I am a frequent visitor to this hotel because they offer the complete package. Parking is free and easy to access with close proximity to the rooms. The level of service surpasses the bigger hotels because as a guest you are treated with the respect and dignity that would normally be shown to an honoured family member. Breakfast is always...

Receptionist was friendly from start. Room was beautiful - gorgeous furniture, comfortable bed, spotless bathroom. Breakfast good value - only $15 for eggs, bacon, tomato plus standard continental. Soy milk out and gluten free cereal and bread available on request but not with separate toaster if you're celiac but this wasn't prob for me. Thought it was very charming

First impression was the owner, sorry I don't remember her name. Very friendly she said from the start we could have an upgrade to King Deluxe Suite, as we had trouble with stairs. Being Mr. negative I thought yea right! Wow it was fantastic rosewood furniture, a king bed to die for, a fully tiled marble bath room. The hotel...

The staff member who greeted me was lovely however when it came to sorting out the wifi, she wasn't able to resolve the issue for me which affected my work for the evening, the bed was comfy and the view was nice. However, when I got to my room, there was an over powering smell of disinfectant which was horrible...

Lovely hotel, room clean with everything you would need , staff helpful, breakfast choice both cold and cooked was good, set up for the day. The view was lovely looking down to the town, but if leaving the car at hotel the walk back up the hill was a challenge, but parking down the hill was never a problem

Staid here for 5 days. What a great setup. We were in the new building, clean modern, spacious. One of the best places I stayed while visiting TAS. Chef and the lady who worked to breakfast was super friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking, great view of the mountain and best of all free WiFi!

“We were accommodated in room #15 both nights. We did not hear a sound. We opened a window briefly to listen & even then no intrusive traffic or industry noise. No other guest noises through our walls or doors even though we were only a few steps from the motel entrance & the morning breakfast dining room activity on both mornings.”
